Sparkling clean and they provide things i didnt see in other chalets like free wifi, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper. Clean bedsheets, towels . The chalet has everything needed like mircrowave, washing machine , pots , pans. Most importantly, the owner is very reachable and accommodating. The chalet is so close to the beach ( the beach is beautiful) and the pool.Thank you so much . We will definitely come back.

The pool is sooo crowded

We have enjoyed our vacation so much our , the location is perfect very close to the beach & there is a supermarket available also fathallah market is very near.. the challet is very well equipped and very clean. Unfortunately in the trip to the location, we had a car accident, the hood flipped out and hit the window shield, we managed to arrive to the location yet the trip was difficult and risky. Dr. Ali, the owner, made several calls that night and found a guy that came very late and made some fixes to the car to help us going back home safe. It was a true genuine kindness gesture from the owner, thank you very much! Besides that, everything is being delivered, grocery, food, etc, and the restaurant at the pool is OK, a little pricy but not by far. The pool and beach is 2 min walking distance from the place, and the place itself is clean and has everything.

Nothing, just make sure to have enough cash with you since there is no ATM machine inside the village and the nearest one will be in-front the village from the other side at the entrance of Al Hamam city.

Dr. Ali exhibited exceptional hospitality throughout our stay, ensuring that our experience was enjoyable. He was readily available to address any inquiries or provide assistance whenever needed. The chalet maintained a high standard of cleanliness and was equipped with a comprehensive range of appliances, including a microwave, kettle, stove with an oven, and utensils, catering to all our cooking requirements. Additionally, an automatic washing machine was available, all of which were in excellent condition. The proximity of the chalet to the beach, a mere 3-4 minutes' walk away, was highly convenient. Furthermore, the maintained garden surrounding the chalet added to its appeal. Complimentary Wi-Fi was provided without any additional charges. Although the range of services available was limited, it was possible to order any desired items from both within and outside the village. In this regard, I highly recommend the Fady Market. For added convenience, delivery services were offered by prominent establishments such as Pizza Hut, McDonald's, and The Flag restaurant. Moreover, the balcony of the chalet provided a delightful view of the sea, enhancing the overall experience. Bike rental is available inside the village. The village is quite not much you can do inside but again it was a plus for me as i was looking for a relaxing place away from any kind of noise. Dr. Ali's thoughtful gesture of providing a cold water and coffee station, along with additional cooking materials upon our arrival, further exemplified his attentiveness to ensuring our comfort.

The chalet was very clean and everything was working fine. Dr Ali, the host, is friendly and helpful. The village has a long sandy beach and a nice pool for adults and an adjacent one for kids. Nice location, not far from Alexandria and opposite to al Hamam city. Fathallah market is 5 minutes away as well. The village itself is very calm. No much facilities inside.
