I loved staying here. The owners were super helpful and accommodating. I got to look over The Great Pyramid as I was eating breakfast or dinner. Magical.

Old Cairo (the surrounding neighbourhood) is very rundown, and whilst the hotel isn’t The Ritz, it is functional and well maintained. I wouldn’t pick this hotel for a romantic getaway, but if you’re travelling solo and want a functional, well priced hotel close to the pyramids, this place is perfect.

From start to finish Kareem and his team were helpful, friendly, polite, and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, and I felt welcomed and comfortable. The location is unbeatable, you wake up and the Great Pyramid is right in front of you. Good value for money. Food was decent too.

Great location with amazing roof terrace and view of pyramids. I walked to sphinx entrance which takes about 15 mins. Yes, the neighbourhood is a bit run down but I had no issues. Owner and all staff were very helpful and helped me arrange transport to airport after all uber drivers try to rip you off

Beautiful and safe garden courtyard, an amazing rooftop with impressively close view of the pyramid. The owners and stuff were attentive, helpful and very chill with great and relaxing vibes. We loved our breakfast on the roof top. It was simple and delicious. The coffee and tea with steamed milk was top notch. The location is very convenient but still quiet and authentic. We would love to come back

The neighbourhood area might be a bit scary if you walk at night.

An amazing breakfast on the roof terrasse with a wonderfull view over the pyramid is an experience itself. It cannot be any closer. (the official entrance is however on the other side of the area, it might be too far to walk there). Everything was perfect. I also liked the customer oriented attitude of Kareem and his brother who run this hotel -very nice, polite, not pushy and always available to answer questions and help their guests.

The wifi was a little spotty on the first day I stayed, but it was fixed on the second day.

The hotel terrace is amazing, a beautiful view of the great pyramid, and it's just a nice lounge where you can come up, relax, and get some food and drinks at good prices. The staff were absolutely amazing, I recommend accepting their pickup from the airport if they offer you because the driver was a really fun guy who was explaining a lot of what we were seeing on the way. The other staff were great, I wanted to get some shisha, but they didn't have it, so the one server would offer me cigarettes, which was unreal. The location is also close if you're doing the ATV rides and pyramid tours. That was all I did since i wasn't staying too long in Egypt . I got a free, very good Egyptian breakfast as soon as I showed up around 11:30, then sometimes if I went to hang out on the terrace they would just welcome me with a free drink. Having a hibiscus tea on the terrace and ripping Egyptian cigs while staring out at the pyramid is so beyond unreal, I recommend coming here. They also organize other excursions here if you have time, like a cruise on the Nile and museum trips.

We had a great time at the Crystal pyramid inn, thanks to Kareem and Tarek! Amazing view from the terrace, good breakfast and good restaurant. Fair prices. The neighbour is not the best but it's super quiet and in a strategic position for visiting the great pyramids.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel ! The staff was incredibly welcoming and always quick to respond whenever I needed anything. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable - and the view of the pyramids was absolutely breathtaking. The hearty and complete breakfast provided a perfect start to each day. I truly felt at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area !

Beautiful rooftop terrace with amazing view of the great pyramid. It’s about 15 minute walk to the Pyramid complex entrance which was super handy. Nice breakfast, hot private shower and AC in the room. This place has it all covered.
