*Understaffing or misdistribution of staff was evident: -Some restaurants had only 3 chefs handling all cooking and serving duties, leading to long queues (up to 40+ minutes). -Multiple staff assigned to drinks, but only one chef managing meat and fish stations. -During peak hours, only one staff member managed sometimes 4 different slides, creating long wait times for all of them. -Check-in process was extremely slow, taking up to 2 hours. *Overly rigid enforcement of safety rules: -Denied access to a slide for being 2kg over the 100kg weight limit — only resolved after escalating to management (special thanks to Captain Salah and Shazly for handling it professionally). -My daughter, who had already gone down a slide three times, was suddenly stopped on her fourth try for being 1cm below the 120cm minimum height requirement. I was ready to escalate the situation further out of frustration, but the lifeguard eventually allowed her to go. While safety is important, a bit of flexibility and common sense would improve the guest experience — it’s a water park, not a military entry test.

-Accommodation-wise, 1- it wasn't a pleasant experience as the booking I made was clear through Booking.com but wasn't as clear to the reception staff as they demented more money for the kids -around 600 dollars for a kid-. 2- The first rooms the staff gave me were wrong and didn't match the ones I booked, they changed them the next day. 3- I think it is normal there that the room cleaning service would finish cleaning the rooms at 18:00 pm. So be ready for such late time cleaning. 4- The liquid soap indide the shower box in the room was stinky and has irritating odor. My guess it was dish soap from the look at it. 5- Stray cats roam the backdoor at night and if you leave the backdoor door slightly open, they WILL come inside and share the room with you. 6- the service shuttle bus, it is a blue bus that takes you from one place to another within the resort area, they told me you will see one or you can wait at the specific spot for it to come and pick you up for at most 15 minutes, let me tell the wait can be as long as 50 minutes. I am telling you this because I've waited for such long periods for four days each day. 7- if any of the staff tells they would come immediately keep in mind that the word "immediately" means in the next three hours. As it happened to me when I changed rooms (3 hrs) , luggage (45 mins), room cleaning service to arrive after the foul soap odor complaint (1 hr 30 mins).

-Waterpark and amusement activities were superb. Everywhere you go you would find something to do and enjoy. -Food was good and well-varied extending to 9 restaurants with different cuisines. Water was everywhere you go. We as a family enjoyed the ice cream and coffee so much.

Kids club was non existent - when we went to take the kids we were told they had technical difficulties and half the events planned for the kids didn’t happen while we were there.

The water park is amazing! The hotel is massive and staff are very attentive. So many restaurants and food options to choose from.

The check-in process was a bit slow, and sometimes the restaurants overcrowded during peak hours. Wi-Fi connection could also be improved in some areas.

The aqua park was amazing with a huge variety of slides and pools suitable for all ages. The atmosphere was fun and lively, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of food options to choose from.

There was only 2 choices of ice cream flavour

A fantastic family hotel- something to do all day and night! With over 80 water slides, there is something for everyone ranging from gentle baby slides into shallow waters, splash pads upto full adrenaline drop slides, crazy wave pools and toilet bowls. All the life guards are happy and helpful and queues were never too long as you have so many slides. Then if you fancy a gentler pace to your day, you can just laze around in the pool next to your room; the place is designed like a village with a set of 20 or so bungalows arranged around its own pool, then the next set etc. There are free shuttle buses taking you all around Neverland city and there is so much to explore! From the bumper cars, to the rides, a whole VR room and even an roller rink all included in the price! There are multiple evening venues for shows and entertainment and each place has waiters ready to bring you your all inclusive drinks with a smile on their face. During the day, children have access to lollipops at the reception centre, a fresh bakery of croissants, muffins and cakes - as much as they like! There is stone baked pizzas, waffles and pancakes available at the snack bar at the water park from 12pm to 5pm. Then there is a plethora of restaurants to choose from for your daily meals. Our favourite was Sopranos (the mario themed restaurant which always had chicken nuggets, chips and pizza for the kids but where I could get bruscetta or fish or roasted chicken etc). Theres also a rocky burger place, an Indian themed restaurant, a sea food place and an outdoor grill. Everyone is happy, the staff go above and beyond to make your stay a good one and I can't recommend this place enough. We will be back!
