Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your stay did not reach your expectations. We changed the juice served for breakfast and we buy fresh bread every morning. We wish you could have appreciated the typical Egyptian breakfast more, as we believe that the culture of a country is discovered through food as well. Indeed, the transportation that we provide is more expensive than Uber, as it is a private and organized service. This way, you do not have to wait and you do not have any bad surprise, as we work with safe and experienced drivers only. Regarding the tours that we offer, know that they are all private, which means you can manage your time based on your rhythm. Also, each itinerary is clearly announced and can be adapted on your needs (for free or with an additional cost), which means you know in advance where you go and can skip the places you do not want to see. As we already discussed with you, we are not responsible for what other people sell outside the hotel, this is out of our hands. You mentioned the souvenirs shops that offered you high prices and the camel rides that are offered everywhere inside the Pyramid Complex. Note that the ride that we provide for 30$ per person takes place outside the Complex, in the desert facing the Pyramids, and lasts longer (1 hour and a half). Nevertheless, we tried our best to make you feel happier after the bad experience you had outside by offering you a refreshing drink. We give you a refund as well for the tour that you decided to interrupt even if it was booked for the whole day. We are sad that it was not enough to give you another vision of your stay in Giza. Finally, it is important to know that tips are part of the culture in Egypt. Of course, there is no obligation to give anything, but it is good to know while traveling here. Gracias Luis Miguel ! Giza is a very local area. If you want a real Egyptian experience, it’s a good place to stay. But that also means that you have to face poverty. However, the neighborhood is safe like the rest of the country. We hope that you enjoyed your trip :)
