Nothing, maybe because we are out of season, the timings for all activities were too tight or closing very early :) Beach bar needs to have more fresh juices ;)

Everything is great! The staff is friendly and polite. The hotel grounds are well maintained. The grounds are neat and tidy. But the price could be a little less. I was especially surprised that you have to pay extra for playing billiards. Overall, I was satisfied.

One of the rooms had an issue with the door lock making int not possible to close the door, and it took the hotel 3 hours to change the room, even though it is clearly off season. The amenities in the room (tooth brush and paste, shampoo and conditioner compartments were empty.

Dinner and breakfast were very good, and the staff were friendly.

It seems like the hotel is made for Italian guests. We sometimes had the feeling of not being welcome as German guests. The animation team treated us very disrespectfully and unprofessionally after they find out that we are not from Italy Also there is no English program of animation. Some of the stuff in the hotel can’t speak English, only Italian.

The hotel was great. It was the cleanest and most hygienic hotel in Egypt where I have ever been. The stuff was great. Especially Omar, Eslam, Gerges and the other people from the lobby bar did a perfect job. The drinks are really good and also the coffee! We preferred to sit there for our drinks!

We stayed late September and the resort catered to its large Italian guest and did not offer any entertainment in English. So I would advise that you call ahead to confirm

The beach experience is breathtaking with long clean white sands. If you enjoy long walks in the beach this is the place. At the end of the strip the beach curves into a bay where the waters are calmer for a pop like swim with less waves. The water is crystal clear and the lifeguard posts are are well staffed. There isn’t mush to do off the resort as it isn’t near any shops or small towns to visit.

Took us ages to get beach towels when no one was telling us how. Staff were not professional, not speaking English and not proactive and everyone gathering around for a tip while they do minimal effort. They are just not trained. Parking was annoying , you have to move the cones yourself to enter and exit thearea because the person who is normally there was not there.

Beach was amazing. Breakfast was good.

We had a bit of issues with our room. Ceiling was leaking water although we were top floor. The reception changed our rooms but only option we had was a twin bed room or one on ground floor. Neither option we wanted. So we finally settled on ground floor. But then later found patio door did not lock. We called reception to advise but no one came to fix it.
