Beach was not smooth, and the water was quite recessive. Swimming and relaxing by the beach was less enjoyable. Check out was not that professional.

The reception staff were uniformly dismissive, often rude and miserable. They were the first point of contact and gave a poor impression, thankfully I had little need of their services. The quality of the alcoholic drinks was grim, some were undrinkable.

Good value for money, with helpful and friendly (mostly) staff who made every effort to be of service. Smiley faces and they seem to enjoy working at the resort. The food especially in the specialist restaurants was excellent. Given the number of people, the kitchen was catering for they worked miracles. Huge variety of high quality food, wonderfully displayed. Faultless. Special shout out to the beach staff especially Mohammed who were brilliant.

The rooms are very old, with outdated furniture and flooring that show significant wear and tear. It’s clear the interiors could use a serious upgrade to meet modern standards. Additionally, my interactions with the staff were far from pleasant. They were not helpful at all and seemed uninterested in addressing guest concerns, which greatly impacted my overall experience. I had two frustrating encounters with the staff: 1- I requested a power socket converter for my laptop, but the staff member simply stated, “It’s not available,” without making any effort to assist. He didn’t even try to find one or offer to purchase one (the cost is less than $1) and charge it to me. When I questioned how a hotel hosting foreign guests could lack such a basic item, his response was simply, “Yes, we don’t have it.” 2- At the restaurant, after finishing dinner, we ordered two soft drinks. We had consumed more than half when a staff member came over to inform us that the drinks were chargeable because we were on a half-board plan. I paid immediately, but I pointed out that we should have been informed beforehand so we could decide whether to order or not. His response was, “The front desk should inform you during check-in; it’s not my fault.” While the cost was minor ($2), the lack of communication and the dismissive attitude were unacceptable.

The breakfast was amazing, offering a great variety of dishes and excellent quality. Additionally, the Oriental Night Dinner on Friday was outstanding—the variety and quality of the food truly stood out and was one of the best parts of my stay.

Entertainment is limited. Stuff is in general friendly but sometimes treats guests differently (the ones leaving more tips get better service) and others not getting the minimum standard service. Management should work on this point to ensure equal treatment of all guests.

The heat, i underestimated it no cold water to shower in the room

Different Colored people get different treatment Chinese and pasta restaurants are not as nice. The only nice one is the Italian and Egyptian and main restaurant. Taxi service in resorts ripped off 8 pound to marina wich uber app or indrive app charges 2pound. Spa is overpriced at different prices for different nationalities. You can get half of the price from downtown or marina The excursions booking staff is overcharged and pushed you to book excursions. You find cheaper prices on booking.com or private companies all over in marina. And rush you, too. Check out even before the checking out time A lot of facilities are open at certain times.

The entertainment was very good for all ages. There were many pools. beach was close by Food was very accessible around the pool. Option of late meals in the main restaurant. Very clean and kind housekeeping.

Even though the staff was friendly, after a few days it got a bit annoying. Once they know you, you are not able to get your own drinks anymore (even though that would be the fastest option, sometimes we had to wait over 10 minutes even though we wanted to get them ourselfs, they didn't let us) and you always get the same drinks you ordered the first time. The food is definetly not exceptional and all together, we were happy to leave after 6 days, even more because we both got sick in the last day there. Also, if you consider getting a tattoo at the spa: don't do it. They tell you it is a tattoo master but it definetly ins't. Our tattoos are disappearing after only one week and they look like a child it was drawn by a child. Definetly not worth the money and to be honest, quite a scam!

We had a nice stay at Jasmin Palace Resort. The staff was friendly, the rooms were nice and clean, the pools never too crowded and with 9 pools there is always one that isn't too busy. The food was okay, plenty to choose from, although vegeterian options weren't that varied. Tipp, get friendly with the pool guards quickly, they always reserve the beach chairs in the early morning and then give them to you, once they know you. Very comfortable if you know the system, but very annoying when it's you first days. Then it is almost impossible to get chairs under an umbrella.

Constant construction work (except on Fridays of course). Really noisy. Spray painting children's play area during the day time with the residue blowing on to guests/children/child's pool area. Repeated (at least 10-15 xs a day) attempts to get you to buy smoothies, massages, photo shoots etc.

The room service fell short of my expectations, unfortunately. The staff members did not exhibit the level of friendliness I had hoped for. Additionally, the room view was not as impressive as I had anticipated. This was my third visit to the resort, and in the previous two years, I had the opportunity to stay in other buildings, where the rooms were upgraded to provide a partially sea view, which enhanced my experience. Furthermore, I found that the variety of snacks offered was lacking. It would have been great to see a more diverse selection available.

I had an incredible experience at this resort! The beach and swimming pool were absolutely amazing, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I was particularly impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by the receptionist when I had a complaint about the housekeeping. A few minor issues in the room like a broken door knob that wasn’t fixed during our stay. There is a big variety of food but most of it was kind of bland. Animation team /activities were very weak with no activities to do on 2 out of 3 nights.

Most of the staff are polite. The room was very spacious . Decent sandy beach. Several pools and cleanliness upheld . Breakfast was very nice.
