The location is wonderful. The suite is very spacious and you have all what you need . The staff is very welcoming and respectful. The apartment is cleaned everyday.

It’s exceptionally dated. Carpet could do with replacing. Shower over bath is dangerous. Plus the bath is not inviting so one would only ever use the shower facility. The shower adjoining the main bedroom had extremely weak water pressure.

Great location and views of the Nile from our room. The staff were very nice and the breakfast is good. We had a HUGE room - way bigger than we required but that was a nice change from most smaller hotel rooms

It wasn’t worth the money because hotel is old, and was not updated as per today’s requirement like power sockets etc.

We stayed on regent suit. It was very wide with good two bedroom and large living room. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean in general.

The percentage amount of the chlorophyll in the water is too high which made my skin and hair dry..

The sizes of the flats are big enough. The ladies staffs in the front desk and the restaurants are very gratified and helpful specially Maryam from front desk and Jasmin Osman in the restaurant. Regards to all.

The staff is wonderful and so helpful. And I love the breaklfast. They always ask if you want something extra's beside the dishes already on the buffet. The bathroom for me could be little more cleaner. But it is sort of egyptian standard. I mean all was clean but the bath had a film over it from old residue. I think when you really scrub hard it could look different., But the towels,floor and bassin were all good and clean.

Everything! I think this place is underrated. I will definitely stay again. A delicious hot chocolate after a pool dip in March breeze a great start to the day! And, it was on the house!

The suite was not well cleaned. I washed down the bathroom due to another person's hairs on the tiles, but the water stayed in a grand pool for the 2 days! A serious vacum would be in order in all the rooms. It was too hot, and there was no way to adjust the temperature. I just removed the duvet from the cover, and it was OK. It was a bit pricey for a solo traveller, would be fabulous for a family.

Helpful and speedy with any requests. Delicious food. Lovely pool area. Quiet and very spacious suite. Easy to walk to Zamalek and other areas.

The price doesn’t match the quality of the hotel stay. The furniture were old, shower was not really working properly. Carpets were really old, its antique . I guess you pay for the location, because its at the Nile river and near to other expensive hotels.

Breakfast at this hotel is very well arrange and they will make you all kinds of eggs at request. Thanks to Yasmin Othman and Bashir who put a smile on our face and really made our stay comfortable. The rooms at the hotel could use some maintenance, its clean but old. Further is it ok, nice stay and good location.

Very spacious rooms. The staff were really helpful. Thank you to all the breakfast staff, to mention afew: Yasmin, Mahmood &Adil. The cleaning staff: Eid fawaz & Mustafa Mohammed. And the Manager Sharief Radwan and Khalid from the reception. They all made our stay comfortable.

The attitude and behavior of reception staff during check in of family Nov 08,2024 , two sweets reserved Nile view (3 rooms & 2rooms), after paying the entire rental cost of 3220$ and check in, my sister and her daughter arrived later after long trip on November 08,2024 7pm to hotel and reception staff asking for additional money for additional guests and didn’t allow them to go to the rooms,started causing troubles to entire family during vacation though my reservation was for 11 persons, what a bad start of vacation??, very bad treatment and disrespect to people , i can’t believe such people dealing with customers with this bad attitude, this is impacting the reputation of the hotel and also doing future reservations through booking.com. There should strict actions against reception staff working on November 08,2024 7 PM shift, loosing customers is very easy and alternatives are a lot with other competitors for doing future reservations.
