-Bathroom needs renovation amd needs to be bigger. -More information needs to be given by staff at check in regarding access to beaches, towels and if there is were any shuttle service to beach rather than driving every time there.

The breakfast was very limited and not of good quality. Also, I noticed gecko on the terrace, which was uncomfortable.

Only downside: towels need improvement, and the breakfast at “Beit Ward” restaurant could be better in both quality and quantity. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

Great location, excellent service, and very helpful staff. Special thanks to Hagar at reception for her outstanding assistance. Rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-equipped. The on-site clinic was a lifesaver when a member of our group needed urgent care — the doctor arrived quickly and handled everything professionally.

Room maintenance didn’t solve minor problems i asked to solve 3 times drops of the water heater the room door closed me and my wife inside and maintenance came started to solve the problem i wanted to leave so asked reception 3 times to send them but it wasn’t solved during 1 week stay Also one chair leg wasn’t good but it was overlooked Room cleaning services were great but the toilets beside beach pool was extremely dirty i think hotel doesn’t control somethings like those and also their deal with the great restaurant beside it needs more attention for shared places Another point is strict policy on breakfast felt that open buffet has some rules according to number of adult visitors and number of children

The room had a strange odor, needs more fresh air and better cleani g. Breakfast was terrible. No cutlery, no fresh food varieties, no spoons and definitely zero variety. Food looked so bad and that was the worst part. I'm sure they can do better.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the morning shift. The location is fantastic. The room was spacious. Access to the beach was very good.

The breakfast is below expectations, very poor and not diverse, lots of flies in the restaurant. The finishing of the rooms was very humble.

The breakfast had limited selection. The dishes was not very clean the staff had fight together , the beach bathroom was very dirty , the changing rooms with no doors , the hotel floors requires maintenance, the bathroom has no ventilating fan.

The WiFi was not always reliable when trying to do work in the room but overall the stay was really great!

The staff and service was great, we had an wonderful time! They supplied a shuttle when we need to go somewhere and their communication was very efficient through WhatsApp! Also the food at the Hotel Restaurant Sakura was amazing! Would definitely come back at stay here!
