The most delicate place to stay in Dahab. The whole staff is amazing. Once they knew we are newly married, the upgraded the room twice! And decorated the room with special flowers ❤️ excellent hospitality and very warm welcoming. It's not the firstly time and will surely not be the last one. Thanks a million!

This is really nothing to do with the property, but something to be aware of that. The beach is public in front of the property. There are a lot of feral dogs wandering along the beach and I got attacked twice. Once in the morning when they were very few people about ; the feral dog bared its teeth and jumped at me. I did nothing to provoke it. I was just walking. It shook me up quite a bit. I did let the proprietor know. The second time it happened. It was very busy and I was lucky that one of the Egyptian locals fought off the dog on my behalf. However, it then went to attack another dog and literally went for the jugular of this dog, and it was very upsetting for me to see that kind of violence. I know that is nature, but I was unprepared. Just be aware that when you are walking, have a stick handy that you can fend off any feral dogs that come to attack you. ( this is the advice one of the locals gave me.)

I love that it was right on the beach: loved listening to the surf at night, lulling you to sleep.

Dar Dahab is a lovely spot great location by the sea, super chill vibe. The place is clean and comfy, but the best part is the people! The owner and staff are so kind and helpful, they really made me feel at home. Totally recommend!

Amazing location by the sea in Dahab. The staff is simply amazing! Always ready to help, to support, and always smiling. Rooms are spatious, so well designed. The salt wall is a master piece! Sleeping at night hearing only the sound of the sea, the waves and wind, is a therapy by itself! Will be back!

The service we got from Ahmed and Mustafa was impecable. Ahmed waited for us on the day of arrival to welcome us in the middle of the night. We received an upgrade to a better room. The day of departure we had a late check out. We received good recommendations for diving and a trip to the mount Sinaï. Super beautifull and peaceful place to spend the holidays.

Just little details. Bathroom needed a little updating, had some simple repairs to be made like broken hook, hard to keep your towel dry, from shower, and showerhead should be replaced. Kitchen a little light on being able to really cook. But would stay again, without hesitation.

The view, and apartment was lovely. The bed was comfy, and the hotel had a really nice artistic vibe.

That I had to leave after my vacation was done.

This was my second stay at Dar Dahab. I had the contact information for Ammar the Manager from my prior visit. I texted him to set up our airport pickup. From the moment we arrived, I immediately felt at home. The space itself is very calming, eco friendly with an amazing yard in the middle and access to beach. It is owned by the most wonderful host, who is welcoming, spiritual, gentle and cared for us like we were staying at her own house. The staff got us all our needs from beach towels to money exchange or planning day trips and getting us food from our favorite places. It was very difficult for me to leave, and I already booked my next trip. I travel all around the world and stay at 5 star hotels and resorts internationally but Dar Dahab feels like a home, it does not give you that feeling of angst that you want to be home after a long vacation, it rather makes you want to stay longer!!!

It IS pricey in comparison to other hotels in the area - the price of the other services from them is also a bit higher in comparison to many of its peers in the area (e.g. the taxi they quoted me from Sharm airport was $12 USD more than I usually pay for safe quality transportation between Sharm and Dahab). It does come with a kitchenette and direct Red Sea access, and the quality of the service and decor is top-notch, so those are things to consider when looking at the price. The only other issue is that my mattress was awful - it was simultaneously rock-hard and lumpy.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful - it uses the gorgeous local craftsmanship for its furniture and decor, and the effect is lovely. It feels spacious, luxuriously simple, and uncluttered. The staff are extremely helpful and kind and I really appreciated all of their efforts during my stay. They are also extremely responsive. The roof deck is a lovely place to relax. The location is peaceful and there is access to the Red Sea just outside the door. Just a short walk a couple of blocks away are some nice cafes, juice bars, etc. Though the hotel is a bit farther from the "boardwalk" area of Dahab, that busier area is still very accessible if you like to walk or it's a 20 EGP taxi ride. For those looking for a peaceful stay, I would very much recommend this place!!

The bathroom could maybe do with a bit of updating but other than that the whole stay was perfect.

We loved our stay at Dar Dahab. Nahed was incredibly kind and thoughtful and we couldn’t recommend staying here enough. She very kindly upgraded us to a sea view room on arrival and the room was beautiful, bed was comfy and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was just magical. It’s just a short walk down the beach or the road to get to the main town, it was nice to be in the quieter side of the strip. We arranged a lot of activities through Ammar which were all well organised and well worth the money including a desert day trip, snorkelling at the blue hole and swimming in the blue lagoon. All unforgettable experiences. We would 100% stay again and found Dahab a wonderful spot for sun during the UK winter.

Everything!! This is such a wonderful place to stay. The team are so friendly and helpful. They helped out with all sorts of queries we had via whatsapp and in person. The apartment is even better than the photos, all cooking facilities you need, super clean and has a fab beachfront location. The reef and sealife you can see just snorkelling out front is great. We did the traditional Bedouin evening meal too with lamb cooked under the sand and claypot beef and it was exceptional. Easy to get into town walking or taking a 2min taxi (of which there is an endless supply!). Can't recommend enough.

The place is filled with exceptional relief and vibes. From the moment you step in you will get indulged you in its beauty. The only comment and when i say this its because it is unacceptable and it is in regard the way of management, as it sort of lacks the sense of hospitality and smiling to the guests . Please reconsider the way of management, and unify the way you deal with all your guests (foreigners or locals. It is a concept). I had comments from my friends during the stay and including myself of some sort of arrogance in communication and behavior, which was seen and felt unwelocomed from the manager. Other than that everything was magnificent and many thanks to hospitable and genuine owner
