We are family of 2 kids, we stayed at the Royal suite, this is our third time in this facility, and remain upto and even exceed my expectation, the facility is very clean, neat and modern style, the food quality is high with different varieties everyday, staff is professional and very welcoming, the beach is breathtaking, crystal clear and sandy, so many pools available, kids club & Spa, the atmosphere is amazing and the experience overall is outstanding, definitely I will keep coming back to this 5 stars resort that earn its rating and maintain and keep improving its services I want to thank all the staff of this resort Well done

The beach itself was great but the sea wasn’t safe to swim in for the whole stay.

Service was above and beyond. All staff members were exceptionally helpful. Food was great with a lot of variable options. Animation team was doing a great job keeping the place alive.

Just golf cars taking time to arrive to take you to beach because rooms are quite far other than that all was great

Nothing within their control. That said, it would be helpful if they could place a clear sign on the main highway to guide visitors to their location within Hacienda.

The beaches of Heneish and Ras El Hekma are unmatched worldwide, offering natural beauty and serenity fit for royalty (Egypt's last King chose that area for his favourite summer rest-house), and Cleopatra resort amplifies the experience with service that rivals luxury worldwide. The hospitality was exceptional; every need anticipated before it was voiced. Special recognition goes to Muhammad Al Qinawy, Captain Ahmad, Hasan, and Ahmad Jalal for their genuine care and professionalism. Service was consistent and personal, elevating the experience beyond expectations. This was one of the rare places in Egypt where Egyptians and foreigners were treated equally with dignity and grace, a rare and welcome standard. TIP: The BBQ was extraordinary, from fish to quails and kofta, by Muhammad who elevated grilling into an art form.; do not miss it.
