The room I wished It had a bigger window.It was little and hight on the wall that made the room stuffy without acgood ventilation.

The location We loved watching at Pyramids at breakfast and at night. The breakfast and the lovely lady who served the meal. The manager and staff were very helpful and respectful.

Property is great, but the shops nearby scams turist, be aware.

Friendly staff, they organized the transport from the airport. Close to the pyramids entrance and you can easily reach them by foot ( don’t listen to the horse riders that want to force you to book with them). amazing view of the pyramids! Okay breakfast.

This was called pyramid hills not pyramid inn. There’s a lot of hotels with the same names be careful to book a taxi through the hotel in order to avoid getting harassed at the airport and being taken advantage of. The hotel was up a side street and easily missed. Very noisy during the night and very early in the mornings. The internet wasn’t available through the whole of the building.

Friendly staff couldn’t do enough for you. Central location. Nice rooftop terrace where you could take your own food and drink and watch the the pyramid light show. Enough hot water a decent shower and breakfast didn’t look much but was plenty for one.

We were fine but i think if you can't climb stairs very well you will struggle, there are no lifts to the top floor where the breakfast is served

Breakfast was traditional egyptian and was very nice. The view at breakfast was breath taking as it was served on the roof with a spectacular view of the pyramids. All the staff were friendly and they looked after us very well, we almost felt like 'family' after 5 days there. They offer any trip from the hotel at a very reasonable rate

My room was near the stairs and from time to time there would be some noise people moving up and down the stairs.

The Manager Mohammed was great and very helpful. He goes an extra mile for his client . His communication leading to the trip and postbthe trip showed he cared about his clients. He was waiting for us at the airport and arranged all our tours at very competitive pricing. He also advised us on do and Not Do.

The neighbourhood wasnt the nicest. But i learned quickly that it comes with the territory so to speak. I took a walk around the Nile, and even the area, where 5 star hotels like the Four Seasons were located, had some very run down buildings around them. Thats the unfortunate reality of egypt i guess.

For the price it was a very good stay. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was filling and enough. The hotel itself and my room especially was clean and well maintained. The view from the rooftop was trully outstanding and remarkable. Also noone at the hotel bothered you, or asked you for tips, unless you specifically asked them for something. If you visit Egypt you will soon learn this is a HUGE upside. Overall if you want a safe and nice place to stay for cheap this hotel is a good choice.

My booking cost was 22 $ just when I get in hotel to check in he changed my booking to 33 I do not know how but the funny he did changed me 37$ believe that will happen to you if you book in this hotel it will be hard for you to looking for another hotel if you just arrived from long trip trust me do not go

Beds are realy bad, maybe just that room we were in. The hotel offered Us a planed trip to see the pyramids for which we paid 50eur + the tickets 80eur = 130eur for 2 person. The trip was bad 3/10. The "guide" aka driver didnt tell us anything about the history, he simply drops you at the pyramids and waits for you. Camel ride was fun, but we made a deal for 1h, but got 20min. I would advise to book all trips on Your own, its much cheaper and you can get more for Your money

The hotel is close to pyramids and has as nice rooftop view. Shops, bazaar, taxis, (first shop on the left has beer (rare to find btw)) are all close by, hotel offers good variety of food, and is not expensive. The staf is very helpful and knows english.

They took a lot of my money, don’t get tours from them. Cause I paid almost 400 hundred dollars for tours that costed less than half of that amount. They already have arrangements with people to make you blow your money.
