EgyptMajor ac problem, the fan is too too high and isn't fixable. Pictures are completely wrong so don't depend on them, and the hotel isn't directly on the beach on need a cart to go.
The staff is extremely helpful and nice. When you go to the beach or lagoon it's nice. The food is good and the golf carts are always available.

Canadapictures were different from the real room and we had to pay extra to get upgraded to the room we saw the pictures for, the room is not beach front like it mentioned on the website. service was very bad , food took forever to to come after we ordered and came wrong twice which made us wait even longer, the room lost power 2 nights in a row at night while we were sleeping which made the AC stop working and made us wake up BOTH nights in the middle of the night because how hot it was. TV was not working, many employees were new and didn't have answers to our questions and were not helpful at all. its TOTALLY not worth the price we paid and the hotel is NO WHERE near a 5 star hotel.

United StatesI am writing to express my deep disappointment and file a formal complaint regarding the extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience we encountered during a recent stay at your hotel. This was, by far, the worst service we’ve received from an establishment claiming a 5-star rating. We had booked a room for two nights for a renowned international artist visiting from abroad. I arrived at the hotel earlier to ensure everything was in order and was assured by the staff that preparations had been made and the hotel was ready to welcome our guest. 1st Issue: Upon arrival, the guest was informed that the room booked was a twin-bed room. He requested a king-size bed instead, and the staff responded that it would not be a problem. After a 25-minute wait, he was taken to his room, only to discover that it was already occupied, and he had entered while another guest was sleeping. This was a serious violation of privacy and security. The staff then retrieved a new key and reassigned him to another room. 2nd Issue: The second room he was taken to was also a twin-bed room. In addition, no menu was provided, the air conditioner was extremely loud, and the TV was not functioning. I had to personally return to the hotel and request that his room be changed again, this time, it took the team 40 minutes to arrange the third room. 3rd Issue: Once he was finally moved to the third room, he requested a menu several times (at least five) so he could order dinner. When the menu was finally provided, he attempted to place an order only to be told that there was no room service available, the only option was a club sandwich due to the time (3:00 AM). I had to personally go down to the restaurant, place the order myself, and deliver it to his room. 4th Issue: The next day, he was eventually moved to a king-size bed room. That night around 10:30 PM, he tried to order room service again and was told it was unavailable, and that his only option was to order from McDonald’s.

I visited Casa Cook on September 21 and stayed for three days. I must say, I have been to many five-star hotels and resorts in my lifetime, and hands down, this was THE BEST one. I genuinely have not a single bad thing to say about my experience here. The staff were professional, polite, and extremely helpful, especially at night, as we arrived quite late and had a smooth check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! On the last day, I had my breakfast at the beach, and they were so flexible with my wishes, which was incredibly relaxing for me. The breakfast had an exceptional variety, especially for someone with allergies. 😂 The location and private beach are amazing, making it a great place to relax; you can easily access Lemon Tree and Galambo. I’d definitely visit Casa Cook again next summer, and I am now planning to go to Elgiuna at their resort too, because I can assure you that you would enjoy your time there—10/10! Thank you again casa cook for the best gateway i had with you, Hopefully, I will see you soon!

Saudi ArabiaFirst of all the first day we arrived and entered the room the floor was sandy and dirty and we had to call them to come clean it again Second day I had food poisoning (keeping in mind that I only ate and drank at the hotel) it lasted all week and was very bad During our stay, we would ask for bottles of water and they gave us two that were already open (god knows if they refill all their bottles like that for all guests) so I honestly lost trust in how they prepare their food and the water they give us, i had to buy everything from outside to feel safe Also they charge you for every single thing even Ice!! Which was very ridiculous I never had a worst experience in a hotel like this one, considering the amount of money we paid to stay there
The only good thing was their beach, it wasn’t too crowded and clean
