My stay at Linda Pyramids Hotel was truly one of the most pleasant experiences, and I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to the hotel management and the entire staff for their warm welcome and excellent hospitality. From the very first moment, we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything we needed – air conditioning, TV, fast Wi-Fi, and bathroom amenities. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the Pyramids – a truly magical sight that added a special charm to the entire stay. 📍 The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Pyramids area, making it incredibly easy to visit without long commutes. The hotel is also very close to shops, local markets, and restaurants, which made everything more convenient during our stay. 🍽️ Breakfast was delicious and varied, clearly prepared with care to suit different tastes and preferences. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request. Cleanliness was maintained daily, and the service was outstanding and efficient. Thank you again to Linda Pyramids Hotel and the wonderful team for all the lovely details. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful stay in a prime location with easy access to the magic of the Pyramids and all nearby facilities. During my stay, wireless internet was down. Mohammed arranged and handled the paid internet, which made things very convenient.

Breakfast was really good at the hotel. There was a nice variety, everything was fresh, and the service was great. A great way to start the day. Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and arranged good food during my stay, though I felt the food was a little expensive. The hotel also arranged a taxi for my return to the airport at a nominal rate, which was very convenient. Overall, I appreciated the service and hospitality.

I do not want to deceive other travellers so this is what we experienced. I believe the 10 star reviews are forced. I booked the king room with the spa. Upon arrival, we were brought into the wrong room (without the tub). We said we paid extra for the bath which was when we were brought upstairs for the correct room. There were small traces of faeces still in the toilet, the sheet overlying the mattress had a rip in it, no kettle was ready in the room, the faucet had no nozzle so your front will always be wet, the glass window overlooking the pyramids had cutouts in it; heat, insects and dust may enter. Fridge still had stains. The staff did rectify this by cleaning the toilet immediately, changing the bed sheets and giving us water. The listing says room cleaning is provided but no one came to clean the room during our stay. In the morning, once the aircon has been running, we noticed water was dripping from the aircon into the bathtub. This seems unsanitary, especially if you were the one already sitting in a filled bath. We brought up these issues to the staff and they said they can offer us another room but it doesn't have a tub. I then requested if we are to move into a room without a tub, then I would like to be refunded the difference that we paid extra for the tub. The staff insisted that the rooms are all the same price which is not the case and declined to refund me the difference. They also said they'll send someone to fix the aircon, to which they didn't... The breakfast area is untidy with left over bottles and extremely outdated artificial turf. There are exposed metal rods as you climb up to the rooftop. The elevator lost electricity for half a day to which we had to walk down the rubble/rubbish filled staircase that was blocked off by plastic vines. There are miscommunication issues between the staff and the manager.

Fantastic view of the pyramids, especially during sunset. The breakfast food is tasty. Some small grocers in the main street where you can buy water and snacks. Walking distance to the Sphinx gate.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience. The location is perfect, right in front of the pyramids, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking – waking up every morning to see the pyramids felt magical. The room was clean, well-prepared, and very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, fresh, and had a good variety. The tours organized by the hotel were wonderful and well-arranged, we really enjoyed them. The prices were also excellent – truly great value for money. A special thanks to Yassin and Islam from the staff, who were extremely polite, helpful, and made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the pyramids, and I’ll definitely come back again!
