The food variety wasn't the best, there was no iron in the room fortunately I had my own by luck!

As described, the Wi-Fi is only available in public areas. Conversely, there's no Wi-Fi in the rooms. There's a lot of plastic in the ocean, and the hotel can't do anything about that.

The hotel's location is excellent. Right on the sandy beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lunch and dinner buffets are outstanding.

Lovely stay! We got upgraded to a nicer room with a sea and pool view. Staff were really nice and accommodating, Mr. Alaa at reception, Mr Ahmed the bellman, Mr Mahmoud at the beach, all very hospitable.

Had a great stay here. The location is beautiful with amazing access to the breathtaking sunset views over the Mediterranean at the north coast of Egypt where the golden sand and turquoise water are unmatched. The location of the hotel is not at the "North Coast" you see on social media or on TV, it's literally within a poor Alexandria neighborhood. The beach is also not what you see on social media. Other than that, everything was amazing!

The staff were super kind and helpful. Their service was amazing as they responded to all our requests quickly and professionally. They took care of us as if we were family... We enjoyed our stay till the last minute! Food was okay, swimming pool was great, rooms were good, staff and service are exceptional.

Since we came in the guy at the reception, I think his name is Mr Mohamed, was so welcoming, he upgraded our room. He was very flexible helping us with any facilities we need. The view was amazing right infront of the pool, seconds walk to the beach. All workers were very supportive including people helping at the beach. Food was amazing, varied and tasty. I felt everyone there was doing all what they could to make our holiday worth the money we paid.

Unfortunately the sea was not clean for swimming but this not the hotel mistake. The beach area neen showers

We were upgraded to a sea view chalet which was marvelous. The chalet was very clean spacious with the basic needs.pool and beach area well equipped. Breakfast was satisfying. Recreation team active with nice programs. Finally Mr alaa in the reception was very cooperative smiling .the GM was always present supervising every detail and welcoming the guests.

My stay at Burj Al Arab Beach Resort was absolutely amazing and very comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The animation team was fantastic and made our stay even more fun and enjoyable with all their activities and positive energy. I would especially like to thank Mr. Mohamed Khaled, who welcomed us at the reception. He is such a respectful and kind person, always ready to help with anything we needed. He really made us feel at home. I highly recommend this resort and I’m really grateful for the wonderful service!
