First impression was not good from someone I didn't remember his name at the reception , he insist to improve our kids birth certificate and we don't have a copy of them , Then Latifa appears to solve the problem and she was so kind and she can handle the issue perfectly ..

Room is very clean , there is varieties in food , breakfast is very Delicious , there is restaurant every where , there is many pools ,many Aqua for the kids , one of the pool opened till 8 p.m , and special thanks for Youssef the one who clean the room he made it so clean and his design with the decorating is so funny and beautiful..

The resort is huge with many restaurant options. Various pools and Waterpark options. It has a 400 running track. The staff and lifeguards are very friendly. The facilities are excellent. It's kept very clean.

Amazing family experience at albatros Aqua Park - Hurghada We stayed for 3 nights (June 16–19, 2025) as a family, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The reception was warm and professional—special thanks to Mr. Taha Hussein and Mr. Mahmoud Abdeen for their outstanding support. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff all around the hotel were friendly, always smiling, and ready to help. The resort is spotless, and services were available at all times. Food and snacks were very good and always in abundance, though I would have liked more variety. The animation team was energetic and engaging with all guests equally, but I suggest adding more languages to their performances. No discrimination at all, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly. Definitely coming back again. Thank you, Albatros Aqua Park!

Animation team needs to improve.

This is my third time to stay at Pickalbatros aqua park/Vista, everything was really good, I and my family enjoyed everything specially we can enjoy all the facilities of Aqua Park, Vista, and Blu. The staff is super friendly, room, pools, aqua, gardens, beach (with shuttle bus) are very clean, restaurants and snacks bars are excellent with food varieties and good taste.

Shower area in the room needs a cabinet or barrier — water goes everywhere Food needs more variety, especially desserts (both taste and options were poor) Beach is small, crowded, and shared between 3 hotels — hard to find sunbeds while there were some friendly staff but alot of them didn't seem welcoming or they didnt smile (PR lady, a few at reception and restaurants, one rude guy at the aqua bar) They all still were helpful tho Animation team was weak and not engaging

Very clean everywhere: rooms, pools, restaurants, and reception Although the hotel was nearly full, it didn’t feel crowded (except at the beach) Many pools and restaurants help spread out the guests Good food quality overall — breakfast was amazing, pastries were outstanding (special thanks to Chef Salah at Culina) Snacks, especially grilled items, were delicious Restaurant staff cleaned tables fast — no waiting Housekeeping was excellent and very caring (room 4221, 4223, 4227) Lifeguards at pools and aquapark were active and attentive Beach is within walking distance, and the shuttle is very efficient My mom got sick and the reception was very caring and considerate and offered every possible help

The food has no taste, we just ate to satisfy our hunger.

House keeping. Aqua park and activities. Suitable for families. The beach is nice but no reef for who likes snorkeling. beach accessible via a shuttle bus, no long waiting. WiFi was good.
