Food halls need more organizing, very small space compared to the number of guests, restaurant staff gave us an impression of differentiating in service between foreigners and Egyptians. I complained from reserving some tables in the restaurants for hours in dinner and breakfast and me and my family were obliged to go for a very long space to find a table, that happened twice during my 2 nights stay . I recommend an audit for table reservation, it gave me an impression that they didn't serve all customers equally and fairly. Some tables are reserved for some guests for more than 3 hours especially in air conditioned places in hall 1, hall 2 and hall 3 and they put signs of reserved, however in the non air conditioned places there was no single reservation for any table.???? For me this was not acceptable,

Everything , reception staff were very helpful and supportive, thanks to Mr. Ahmed Kamel and all the reception team, thanks to all the bar beverage staff. The room was very good, it's my fifth time going there during 2025. During check out, the reception team gave us food boxes for kids, thanks so much for this compliment.

Good location as its Near to hurghada airport. The pool and beach is so nice and clean. Also the F&B was amazing. The hotel staff were so polite and helpful .

- Staff must be more friendly and cheerful specially with Egyptian guest (karam in the reception wasn’t helpful at all and looks very annoyed of serving guests) - glasses on pool bar and beach bar weren’t clean at all - room service need to be more professional

No free WiFi in the rooms. The WiFi in public areas wasn't great quality. Incorrectly labelled vegetarian food. Chicken is NOT vegetarian. Wheat, especially hidden wheat, wasn't labelled at all. Allergens definitely need more thought.

The lagoon, the view, pool ,snorkling area with a-lot of fish , the food, all are stunning, the staff was very friendly and helpful, especial thanks to the reception staff Mr Amen, Mr kareem, Mr Adel, and the lagoon bar staff Mr Ahmed in lagoon A bar and Emad, the restaurant staff are also too friendly and helpful. Also the animation team with all the shows ,This is my 2nd visit this summer and my 8th visit allover and for sure it will not be my last, waiting to see you next vacation.

Nice and welcoming staff from the reception, restaurants staff and pool bar staff. Nice pool and beach with extra privilege of snorkeling opportunity. Friendly animation team that made guests join with decent interaction and having fun. Evening shows might keep you inside the resort at night time. The garden view rooms and kinda far away, but the hotel reception has thankfully upgraded my room

Literally liked everything, decent and helpful staff, very good food, amazing beaches for swimming and snorkelling, spacious and clean rooms and amazing service.
