The furniture were too old and the bathroom was damaged and not clean,, pools were not clean and water wasn’t clear and stuff at bars specially the new pool bar and snacks restaurant were not friendly and upset

Reception stuff were the most good stuff at the property specifically miss rewan she was friendly and professional , the taste of food was good

The only thing I didn’t like is the under staffing in some area like at the pool and lobby cafeterias. Also, the quality of drinks are not that good.

The cleanliness and food especially breakfast and dinner were so good with so much variety to choose from. The hotel was good for the money. Rooms are really clean and room service are excellent and if you need anything extra like towels or water bottles, they bring to you in a very short time. The pool area is so clean and there are always guards around.

They didn't have many tissues plus the TV didn't work well and there were no shampoo and shower gel

The main restaurant (Soprano) is a real mess ... It MUST be revised ... - Quality and varieties of food are really limited. - Nobody takes care of the preparation of the table ... I have to help myself most of the times. - The worst point is the clear discrimination from some members of the restaurant staff ... Some of them really lack professionalism and courtesy with the guests ... I am really disappointed

If I have to mention something, maybe the fact that the pool staff was not very nice and that they close way too early.

We chose this one following the comments and we were right. Although it is not what a European would consider as "luxury resort" at all, it has everything you may need. The quality of the food was very good and it was varied, the variety of drinks is acceptable if you are not looking for something strange. The staff was very nice and the private beach is perfect to relax.

The rooms were not cleaned everyday, and were very slow. They have only 1 beer included in inclusive. Gym has many broken weights, machines etc. Little bit dangerous to use. Taxi costs are expensive.

Great for kids. Buffet food was really good. Pools were brilliant. Kids entertainment was good. Just enough to keep all the family engaged for 4 nights. Biggest bonus, NOONE ASKS FOR TIPS !!!

It was a wonderful trip for my family and me and a wonderful hotel as well ... starting from the staff specially reception guy domadious , room service, food service and everyone there adding to that the hotel is very comfortable and they have cozy atmosphere.

Likes: Great food and professional staff at the reception. I had a positive interaction with the following people (Ayman and Domadious at the reception, Emad the shisha man, Hamdy and Simba from the animation team). Room cleanliness is spot on. Dislikes: safety concerns, staff was digging into some structure by the beach and left broken pieces all over the place with no warning signs. Gym bench screws are loose and can lead to serious injuries during exercises. Also one lady couldn’t use the trade mill due to lack of power sockets. I saw the lifeguard by the pool sleeping once. The floor tiles by the closest toilet to the beach behind the scuba diving building are broken and easy to trip over and cause injury. One of the barmen discriminated me, he refused to give me an alcoholic drink as I didn’t have a wrist band while I was very polite with him, and I agree with his decision, a minute after my wife (from a different country than mine) went to grab a drink without the wristband and he gave her without questions which was absolutely shocking! I went to face him about it, he starting coming up with the wrong excuses and ended up apologising. During one of the kids mini disco show, the music was played on a mobile phone and not on the DJ kit which is a shame. The DJ man was on the phone with someone and cursing in the worst possible way near the kids, completely unprofessional and unacceptable! I hope the hotel’s management take this information on board and work through this constructive feedback to improve further.

The room was clean. the staff was very cooperative, cheerful and welcoming. The hotel has a large heated pool and 2 unheated pools. The beach is sandy The food was delicious with a lot of varieties.

The place is great! The front desk staff, the kitchen staff and the room cleaning staff are amazing! The marina is the highlight of the hotel, offering a great view of the mountains at a distance. The night time shows could be better… the lunch could also be better (specifically the pasta station, could do gnocchi or ravioli somedays). The breakfast is great (omelette and pain au chocolat are the best) and for dinner don’t miss the italian and indian restaurants (must do reservations, free of charge). The room is very, very comfortable!

The rooms and the complex need some improvement and renovation.

It is like a recommendation, air curtains should be on by restaurants all daylong and doors should be automatically closed when open, just to prevent birds from coming into.
