I liked the hospitality of all the staff , from the doormen, receptionist, housekeeping, SPA , and special thanks for Nosibah who facilitated everything for us and accommodated my young daughter and ensuring everything is fine with her smile. The day before the checkin I received a call asking about bed preferences and if we have special occasion during our stay and it was my marriage anniversary, so they did for us a surprise and upgraded our room to suite and prepare a cake , really appreciate their surprise. Hotel is providing access to AlAmein hotel and address beach hotel and this is a plus .

My recent stay at Address Hotel Golf was outstanding, thanks to the professionalism and hospitality of the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, Thorayah at reception made us feel truly welcome. Her friendly demeanor, detailed explanation of the hotel’s facilities, and thoughtful room upgrade set the tone for an excellent stay. Nossibah was also very helpful — she accompanied us to the room and clearly explained its features, making sure we were fully settled and comfortable. During our stay, Emad from housekeeping provided excellent service. He was attentive, courteous, and maintained our room with care and consistency. At breakfast, Mostafa, one of the waiters, stood out with his polite and professional service. He was always attentive to guests’ needs and contributed to a pleasant dining atmosphere. A special mention as well to Mr. Mahmoud, the Catering Manager, whose dedication to service and attention to detail ensured a high-quality dining experience throughout our visit. The genuine hospitality, professionalism, and warmth shown by the team at Address Hotel Golf made our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Nothing major. Everything went smoothly, and the team was always ready to assist.

The stay was truly wonderful. The resort has a prime location with access to both Al Alamein Beach and another private beach, which made the experience very enjoyable. Free golf cart transportation around Marassi was a great perk, especially for reaching the marina and various beaches easily. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, from arranging airport transfers both ways to assisting with local transportation. Warm welcomes, daily check-ins at breakfast to ensure everything was perfect, and excellent care at the kids club made our family feel valued and well taken care of.

There was some constructions underway.

Luxury and private resort in Marassi with very welcoming service. Big thanks to the staffs in the pool bar and restaurant. The beach club is lovely as well. The breakfast has a lot of options and the food are very delicious. I will definitely come back to this amazing place!
