Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We had an unforgettable experience at the penthouse condo in Marassi Sahel. The location is perfect, with stunning views of the lagoon and direct access to the beach. The North Beach was also incredible—clean, serene, and perfect for relaxation. The condo itself was luxurious, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly accommodating, making sure our stay was perfect. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dream getaway on the North Coast of Egypt.

United StatesThe drawback was that non-owners of Marassi were not permitted to access the main beaches, such as Safi Beach. I didn't personally try to go, but I've heard that rentals are allowed during weekdays but not on weekends, specifically Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Additionally, ordering an Uber in Marassi can be challenging
I recently had the privilege of staying at a remarkable condo in the Marassi area of North Coast, Egypt, and I am beyond impressed! Yasser, our host, exemplified professionalism and generosity from the moment we booked until our departure. His communication skills are top-notch, ensuring all our needs were catered to and questions addressed promptly. The Marassi community itself is a gem, bustling with activities and brimming with things to do. It's the perfect blend of tranquillity and vibrancy. But what truly captured my heart was the mesmerizing Crystal Lagoon. Its serene beauty offered a serene backdrop to our stay, making it a memorable one. Moreover, a special shoutout to Mohamed, the assistant, and the dedicated housekeepers who ensured our stay was smooth and comfortable. Their attentiveness and commitment to service were exemplary. I highly recommend this condo to anyone seeking a luxurious, stress-free getaway in Egypt. We will certainly be back!
