Very good location, close to the castle and the beach. We got an extra bed for teenager for free. The breakfest was good.

The main pool was quite cold, some saunas after even 1.5 hours from starting to heat (we were informed about it so we went later) it was too cold too for us.

It is a nice hotel and the rooms are clean and specious. Nice pool area, not crowded. Good value for the money.

Restaurant kitchen closes at 20:30. Yes, you read that right, after 20:30 you can't order dinner in the hotel restaurant. The lady that works in the restaurant also tends to ignore everyone, we were patient but there was another family that left after waiting for 15 mins and not approached. The food is fine, but I would never take that overall experience again. The only water slide in the pool area opens at 17h in the afternoon. Want to go to the pool with kids in the morning? Toosche. Overall with a few simple changes and staff mindset change this would be a great place to stay. Now it gives a kind of a socialist vibe.

We stayed in the suite with a sauna – it was very spacious, perfectly suited for our family of five, spotlessly clean, and offered a fantastic view from the window. Only 10 minutes walk from town centre. Spa facilities were good. You had option of few different saunas. Good fun for kids with the water slide.

Breakfast was very basic considering the number of international guests.Porridge was salty and pancakes came with only one option of jam. Only 2 options of bread.

The only positive thing about this hotel was the spa area, which our kids absolutely loved. Aside from that, the experience was unfortunately quite poor. Oh, another genuinely positive note: the reception staff were kind and helpful, even if their English wasn’t perfect. They really did their best to assist and made the best out of a bad situation.

The hotel is extremely worn down – you can tell it might have been nice 15–20 years ago, but today it feels neglected and outdated. There is rust visible in several places, lighting doesn’t work, paint is peeling, and moldings are falling off. The decor and design are outdated and lack any charm. We stayed in a suite with two bedrooms and two balconies – but each balcony had only one chair and not even a small table. Inside, we had to make the kids’ beds ourselves – and it wasn’t even a proper bed, just a sofa with a sheet, no mattress topper. The bedding smelled of damp or mold, and the pillows were rock hard. There was no proper toilet paper in the room, only small tissue-sized napkins, so we had to buy our own. Also, despite the extreme heat, there was no air conditioning in either bedroom. The hotel could only provide one fan for the entire suite, so we ended up buying another one ourselves. We were traveling with our dog and paid €40 extra for it – yet not even a water bowl was provided. We always travel with our dog and have never experienced such poor treatment of pets before. Breakfast was both sad and stressful. The food felt unfresh and the selection was very limited. On our second morning, we came at 10:15 thinking breakfast was served until 11 (as we had been told by reception), only to be met with aggressive behavior from a staff member. She gestured wildly and shouted “Can’t you read?!” as we tried to enter, making us feel like we were intruding. My husband had experienced the same thing just five minutes earlier – she slammed the door in his face. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Even the one good thing – the spa – let us down on the last day. The lights were turned off and all pools except the main one were closed. Maybe they were cleaning, but the fact that even the lighting didn’t work made it feel abandoned.

Perfect location and a great view.

The hotel could do with a general fresh up. No air conditioning.

    Location, breakfast

The elevator didn't work, there was no air conditioning (it was more than +28 outside), there was no partition on the balcony with the neighbors, the spa was included, but there weren't even slippers, the price was unreasonably expensive.

The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was solid, but the Wi‑Fi only worked near the office, which made online meetings a hassle. We had a minor misunderstanding with the staff, yet thanks to Kerli’s customer‑oriented attitude it was quickly and positively resolved — major thanks and respect to her. The parking area is spacious and convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay, though the internet could use an upgrade.

The internet connection was weak, constantly cutting out, and in some areas it didn’t work at all. The hotel really had the vibe of an old Soviet‑era holiday resort.
