The main pool was quite cold, some saunas after even 1.5 hours from starting to heat (we were informed about it so we went later) it was too cold too for us.

Very good location, close to the castle and the beach. We got an extra bed for teenager for free. The breakfest was good.

Restaurant kitchen closes at 20:30. Yes, you read that right, after 20:30 you can't order dinner in the hotel restaurant. The lady that works in the restaurant also tends to ignore everyone, we were patient but there was another family that left after waiting for 15 mins and not approached. The food is fine, but I would never take that overall experience again. The only water slide in the pool area opens at 17h in the afternoon. Want to go to the pool with kids in the morning? Toosche. Overall with a few simple changes and staff mindset change this would be a great place to stay. Now it gives a kind of a socialist vibe.

It is a nice hotel and the rooms are clean and specious. Nice pool area, not crowded. Good value for the money.

Breakfast was very basic considering the number of international guests.Porridge was salty and pancakes came with only one option of jam. Only 2 options of bread.

We stayed in the suite with a sauna – it was very spacious, perfectly suited for our family of five, spotlessly clean, and offered a fantastic view from the window. Only 10 minutes walk from town centre. Spa facilities were good. You had option of few different saunas. Good fun for kids with the water slide.

The internet connection was weak, constantly cutting out, and in some areas it didn’t work at all. The hotel really had the vibe of an old Soviet‑era holiday resort.

The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was solid, but the Wi‑Fi only worked near the office, which made online meetings a hassle. We had a minor misunderstanding with the staff, yet thanks to Kerli’s customer‑oriented attitude it was quickly and positively resolved — major thanks and respect to her. The parking area is spacious and convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay, though the internet could use an upgrade.

During the week the spa is open til 21:00. It also opens at 17:00, so plan well when you have been traveling whole day.

This is children friendly hotel, which was my mistake when choosing the hotel. The kids were running around the pool, screaming all the time, it was almost impossible to swim, as the kids were just occupying every swimming lane. My suggestion would be to spare one lane only to adults, as it was hard to swim because kids would cut my way off constantly or jump in the pool in front of me. The saunas could have been hotter. Kids would constantly walk, around, scream and leave the doors open soo the heat was pretty much non existant except for the 100 degree one. A lifeguard would be needed. We Were also not given slippers, but saw other people with them so maybe we should have just asked for them.

Loved the breakfast, great selection of food, different poreidges every day, great choice of salads, was highlight of my trip. The gym is pretty small, however i was able to do most excercises. It had bench, smith machine, a few leg exercises, bike, tredmill, cable machine, leg presser, a few leg machines however a squat rack would be needed. Still can use smith machine as an alternative. Make sure to book procedures prior to arrival as they could be full for the day. S/o to friendly receptionist that got my shower gel back.

We are travelling with our dog and the hotel is very dog friendly. 🐕 😊 It's in a good location just next to Castle and close to the centrum.

The ventilation system seems to not be working properly, everywhere! the whole place would feel boiling hot, the room for example was really warm and no ventilation.

Everything, the staff were nice and professional. The facilities were nice, the playing room is really amazing.The breakfast is absolutely delicious.

It would be great to have AC in room, this was warm night, we opened window, but it was too loud for good sleep.

Excellent location, great Spa where everyone has things to do - swimming or relaxing, or playing. Really good restorant and breakfast with many choses. Comfortable rooms.

There was nothing - not to like from our stay.

We visited in early June - so it was quiet in the hotel and surrounding area - despite having lovely weather. The hotel was fantastic, clean, modern, lots to do, we didn't use the Spa but from what we saw of the facilities - it was great, plenty of treatments on the list. Used the restaurant for breakfast and it was really nice - lots of choice and food was fresh. I would have no hesitation in staying there longer - would recommend based on our stay.

The furniture and the electrical divices like lamps and hair dryers were a bit out of date.

The room was dirty, dust and hair. There was no place to dry clothes and towels. There was no chair on the balcony.

Spa could be better. Layout is somewhat not good. Few saunas should be open in the morning. But, It was over all alright.

SPA was quite interesting for children. Saunas was really nice. Not so crowded as it was low season. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location perfect. Probably in summer there is louder, but in spring time was really good.
