How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The family room was little outdated and the bathroom was bit dirty/outlived. The tiny sink was not practical with the baby.
The spa was excellent! Very good breakfast!

One should check the schedule of the maintenance days - sometimes the spa in the hotel is closed. But they propose alternative spa center in this case for free.
Modern, clean, good service on reception, close to the sea and to the street full of restaurants. Very good breakfast.

Well, you can't smoke a cigarette on the terrace but this seems to be common in Estonia and will only be a problem for the few old dinosaurs like me who still smoke.
Very pleasant. The spa is really excellent. As well as the standard very hot Finnish sauna and Turkish steam bath, they have a salt sauna where you rub coarse salt from tubs into your skin to rejuvenate it. The location is great just by the lovely sea gardens, the beach, and a short and pleasant walk to the centre.

Convenient location. Short walk from bus station/centre. Beach near. Free bus takes around town too. Room was great, breakfast was plentiful- hot and cold options, ice cream and Prosecco available too. Spa is included in price and make sure you plan time for it- conveniently you can get there in the dressing gown provided for you only bring flip flops or crocks or similar. You can buy for €5 a pair from spa reception. Spa was busier in the evening and quieter around lunchtime. Staff friendly and helpful.

The rooms are pretty basic and small for the price (especially the bathroom) but ok, if you use the sauna (which is top and you must try).
The spa makes the hotel. Breakfast was good and caters for all tastes.

A bit noisy traffic in the neighborhood in the evening when youngsters were out driving, much too fast. But luckily that stopped well before bedtime.
Very nice Spa-area and excellent breakfast.

Kids too loud, climbing and walking on the whirpool edges and parents were not around. Staff said nothing. Couldnt relax while they were splashing and screaming. The next day was nice and quiet.
Nothing new for us - nice warm water in the pools and awesome saunas. Breakfast was exceptional as always.

There was little space in the bathroom to put your cosmwrics etc.
Various spa facilities - pools, saunas. The water temperature in the largest pool was pleasantly warm. Room was big, bed was comfy. Hotel looks overall nice.

I took my mom to Parnu for a SPA holiday to celebrate her birthday and this was the perfect hotel to stay. The staff was so attentive - they welcomed us with a bottle of champagne and complimentary Dead Sea float for the occasion. The room was very comfortable and clean. The SPA had everything and although it is open to the public it never felt crowded and had all the amenities you can think of. The treatments in the SPA centre were excellent - we booked a milk bath and honey peat body treatment and I had a wild rose facial. Breakfast had everything you can wish for. I can’t thank enough the staff for absolutely marvellous stay and I look forward coming back again.

Bathroom with the smallest sink I have ever seen in the hotel. And bathroom itself was really small. No options to dry the swimsuit.

The restaurant has good reviews, but Sunday dinner was far from the expectations. Check if regular chef is in before going for it
