Amazing hotel! Unique and remarkable experience at the heart of Tallinn Old Town. It's worth every penny. Well located, staff is friendly, infrastructure is super - but still keeping an intimate atmosphere that you cannot find in big chains luxury hotels.

No elevator and there are a lot of staircases.

All staffs were very friendly and very helpful. Especially Patrick helped us with lugguage at check in and check out, he went out to a restaurant in person to check availability for us ( the restaurant didn’t answer calls). Very impressed his service.

Having the room on the first floor you can hear people walking above you which is expected with older hotels .

Bed it's far too small. It's a standard double bed and not a king size bed as written in the description. Mattress is too too soft for my liking as well.

Fabulous boutique hotel in an amazing location. Exceptional staff, nothing is too much trouble. A shout out to George who recommended us to the perfect restaurant to celebrate my birthday in big style. The most delicious breakfast ever! Thank you everyone for the lovely long weekend.

Wonderful staff, convenient in old town, very comfortable room. Breakfast was exceptional with extensive buffet plus freshly cooked options. Great sauna included. Dinner was also excellent and we very much enjoyed the live garden concert.

Everything was perfect. Building is wonderful inside and outside garden is gorgeous. Restaurant is one of the best we had and most important.. the staff and service was impeccable and impressive.

Nothing could have been better. My stay was perfect!

Location was perfect. Right in the old town. The lobby was excellent with a nice warm fire going all day (it was cold outside). The breakfast was full of a nice variety of things and was very clean. The wait staff was amazing! The room was ok but nothing great (it certainly wasn't bad though, no way). It was very clean, the pillows were big and fluffy and the housekeeping was excellent.

Bar service was disjointed. Room just felt small; also the bath was small. Steaks arrived one degree of cooking over (eg medium-rare arrived medium).

Good check-in, friendly welcome. Open fires in lounge and dining room. Food very good. Comfy sofas for drinks in the lounge. Beds very comfy, firm mattress. Quiet. Omelette for breakfast! Attentive staff. Luggage taken to room as no lift. Nice furnishings. Dining in worth it, esp if in the section with the open fire.

Great location, fantastic room, comfortable bed and seperate duvets, excellent steamer for clothes, coffee machine in room, breakfast location lovely and fare excellent, staff really helpful and friendly. Loved the log fire in foyer. Quiet room also appreciated.

Beautiful little hotel in a central location, within walking distance of everything in the old town. I have stayed in other 'Small Luxury Hotels of the World ' and never been disappointed. Staff are always excellent, as was my room and the food. Can highly recommend their restaurant.
