The rooms were freezing and unfortunately there wasn't any way to make it warmer - no heater nor were the radiators adjustable. The cleanliness of the rooms left to be desired, for there was dust and rubbish from previous guests between cupboards and in corners of the room. There was a bit of a mold situation in the bathroom and window areas as well.

We called about an hour ahead. The host met us promptly at the apartment to give us keys and show the rooms. Payment was with cash. Bed was comfortable, linens and towels clean. It was a single room with a bed, a microwave and a mini fridge within the same room. There was also a hair dryer in the room. A couple of eating utensils (fork, spoon, plate, mug) were in the cupboards but not much more.

We could not sleep there because of the heavy smell of tobacco . We did not remain there for the night. Otherwise it was normal- a big double bed, bathroom.

You need to call and wait for the worker to receive the apartment key. The cleanliness of the apartment was unsatisfactory; the bathroom was very dirty with mold, and under the sink, there was a moldy paper towel. The kitchen was also dirty and dusty.

The apartment was warm, and the location is ideal for those attending concerts or exhibitions at the 'Unibet Arena.' Additionally, the parking was conveniently located right beneath the apartment windows.

Not very clean. Very hard to get keys as we had to ring 3 numbers and then wait 20 minutes and no one spoke English.

Cleanliness very low, dust everywhere, mould in bathroom, dirty toilet, dirty sheets. Only possible to pay in cash. Estonian, Finnish and Russian speaking, we spoke English, but we understood each other.

The major thing was that most likely nobody have checked under the bed for quite some time as you can see aaaalll the dust under there and ever some food.

The location was perfect for my needs and for a short stay it most likely was the perfect money-place combination.

For 4 person 100eur was too much compared to shape of building and apartment. Lot of things broken, couldn't even close window facing to busy road. It was really hot room and no blinds. Bathroom was discusting. Guy showing the rooms couldn't English. Cash only payment is weird I did not notice that as Booking makes credit card reserve anyways. I had feeling here they do not care about customers at all. Facade is about to come down.

the room was dirty and dusty. the fridge was dirty on the inside. the water kettle in the room is broken, still functional but used to pieces. the bathroom has a stench. we were only given 1 incomplete roll of toilet paper. the shower area was crusty and lined with dirt and grime. I'm debating whether it is a "thats what you get for the price" but oh well. the staff didn't communicate to us in any language besides russian (which i luckily speak a bit of), but that created a problem with the owner trying to charge us 10€ extra when we did the paying (cash only).

location is great and close to the bus traffic. theres a grocery store right next door. size of the room was pretty okay and it had a functional fridge

It could have been cleaner, the shower walls was dirty, there was a lot of dust under the beds, kitchenware was a bit underwhelming.

Neighbors were drunk and smoked in the room which started the fire alarm. The room didn't have shades for one of the windows (only light transparent curtain), which didn't help with sleeping. The room wasn't too clean, there was a thick layer of dust under the bed.

Easy check-in. Easy check-out. Good value for money. The place was overall ok. I was staying here for the Tallinn Ironman race which started in the nearby Harku Lake. Getting to the lake from this place was good due to the short distance to the Harku beach.

Bathroom was not clean or maybe because it was quite old. There was some smell (cigarettes or similar in the property). Beds and pillows worn out - not comfortable. Luckily we had our own pillows with us.

Price was according the comfort of the studio. The place is OK for one night stay. Parking next to the house. Grocery shopping right next to the house.

It looked grubby when we entered the room. An old silver plated fruit bowl with plastic dusty grapes.satbon top of the noisy overheating fridge that couldn't be adjusted. Window sills filthy dead flies etc. Blinds grubby? Oil marks on them. Grubby dirty looking cutlery tray with mis- matched culery 2 nof each. Miss matched delph nothing looked fresh or clean. A hairdryer in a shelf surrounded by loads of fluff dust. The duvet???smelt of stale sweat. The quilt inside the duvet cover was old grubby with orange and brown flowers..Gods know if it had ever been washed. Grubby grey coloured extra pillow but no cover. Duvet cover had no closures on it. I sheet 2 hand towel 2 bath towel for 7 day stay. Never saw a cleaner. Just the man who let us in and pointed to iPad to pay 502€ never saw him or anyone else again. The shower smelt of the worst concentrated urine i have ever smelt. The bottom of the shower curtain was filthy the grout was mottled brown awful. I wanted to run back out the door when I entered the room. I actually said to the man i cant stay here. The room faced a non manned petrol station which had cars pulling in and out outside the wi dow 24/7..and the room faced out onto 2 dual carriageways on either side of the room. Constant sound of traffic ambulances police cars at any hour of the night. It looked like an old retired elderly man lived there and this room was used to make money for the Ironman week. The pictures were not a fair representation of the actual room.. Hotel Rocca al mare was charging the same nightly rate 71€ with swimming pol sauna breakfast included. This room should never have been let or it should have been scrubbed clean. 1.3k from Rocca al mare shopping centre no nearer place to get milk or bread. The worst place I have ever stayed in.

Warning!. Horrible. No aircon. An old man came to lock the door up. He wanted cach. No information in advance about that. We had to go and fix money late in the evening. I made A phonecall to be he support of Rocca and was promised A receipt id the stat that i never got. Very very hot in the room. The window was not Possible to keep open since the high way was straight outside the window. All noice went straight in to the room like having a bus in the room. The refrigerator was very dirty. Hair in it and never been cleaned i guess. We ”slept” (not possible) one night but payed (in cach so black money) för five days. We had to Find somerhing else. A big feeling that prostitution was going on in this house. What ever you do dont check in there.
