There was still construction going on on the 6th floor, and our suite had some smell issues. Management was taking steps to sort things out, so it may well be a temporary thing.

We had a one bedroom suite. It was well-designed, very roomy and very clean. Everything was still ”as new”. The location is excellent, if you arrive by ferry from Finland as we did. Otherwise I would class it as good. The present price range seems to reflect the fact that there are still some final details that need to be sorted adequately. Beware that the hotel is partially a work in progress. The breakfast was okay. I have had worse but also much better.

Room cleaning was a little slow... There were days that we got back around 4-5pm and the room wasnt clean. The housekeeping staff don't speak English so it was also hard to communicate with them to understand what happened

Bathroom was unfortunately not great. Shower had curtains (??!!) and pipes were smelly, despite the fact hotel had just opened. Also, the toiletries were not even up to budget hotel standards. Hyatt also failed to include BBC/CNN on channel list...a bit unusual.

The hotel is new and some things are still being sorted out. The breakfast room is a little small to handle peak flows and we had to eat in the lobby area. Also, we would prefer to have the possibility to open windows to let fresh air into the room, which had the smell of newness.

Nice hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff. Nice fitness room and good breakfast, including gluten free options. Hotel is well located between the ferry port and Tallinn old town.

For Breakfast, you cannot order either an omelette or fresh scrambled eggs. The choice of dishes at breakfast is too small for such a hotel. Only scrambled eggs not very aesthetically served. There is no point in paying for breakfast.

It would be nice to have more variety for breakfast, but it’s not a concern really, just a small recommendation.

The hotel is brand new, just 3 minutes walk from Old Tallinn, 5 minutes to Viru Keskus. The rooms are clean and spacious - big TVs and very comfy beds - everything you need for an enjoyable comfy stay! I fell in love with the design of the bathroom and even took photos to show my builder what I want for my bathroom refurb :) The receptionist Sergei was very kind and helpful, even though they couldn’t decorate the room for my husband’s birthday due to my own fault (very late notice, Sunday), he kindly accommodated us at 12:30 instead of 3pm (and he literally said “although we couldn’t help you with the birthday arrangements, at least I can help you by getting you in nice and early so you could enjoy). We appreciated this SO MUCH, I swear, as we were straight from the airport and very exhausted. This extra mile alone made me write this review :) He also gave us good tips on where to go and what to see, local shops and restaurants. Thank You Sergei! We will definitely recommend this place to all our friends and will be visiting again in the future! Keep up these outstanding standards, guys ❤️

Facilities were still closed but they just opened the hotel, so not a negative just anticipation on whats to come. The service staff were just getting to know the systems, so that was not that smooth and the only negative so far is that the barista could make the coffees better, cappuccino was cold and watery. Had to force the negative out here, but i guess feedback is always appreciated.

Location was great and the room was very nice. Well thought out. The room was small but as it was created, it didnt feel small as everything was in the right place and well thought through. The shower was extra amazing, as the water pressure and how it is, was just very relaxing and great. The air in the room was not stuffy at all, as the air conditioning is functioning very well and it cuts on and off, so no constant noise.

There was a parking spot reported on site and after the reservation was completed I was informed that there were no parking The room is only delivered at 3 p.m. I arrived at 2.30pm and waited half an hour even though the hotel was not crowded
