It was clean, comfortable, near the ferry terminal and in walking distance from the town centre. The breakfast was good. The staff at reception are great. The lady on duty was very helpful with information, and made sure I got a quiet room, as requested.

Concierge lady could have been more inventive, when older Dutch gentlemen having a problem with his cars battery was requesting help for tracing up an express car service. The answer was at about “please solve this problem by yourselves”

Good location, quiet neihhbourhood, parking at acceptable 10 EUR fee. Walking distance from old town, Maritime Museum, ferry port and at about to everything what a visitor is interested in. Free breakfast, acceptable sortiment.

It was perfectly situated right next to the old center, close to the bus to the airport, but also in a quiet area. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean with a comfortable bed and pillows, and the breakfast was good.

Breakfast room is usually fully packed, crowded and very loud due to groups. Occasional noise from the corridor and adjacent rooms.

Exceptionally kind staff that made the stay extra special and unforgettable. Thank you for helping with guest's various requests with such care and humanity. Good room size and everything was in good working order. Rested well because of the tranquility and overall peacefulness of the property. The room faced the residential complex and a small playground but the best part was the abundance of sunshine that poured into the room throughout the day. Substantial breakfast spread with loads of options and great selection for vegetarian/vegan! Excellent location as it was close to the beach/waterfront/promenade, grocery stores and tram stops.

I would recommend to bring you own haidryier because the one we got was not very powerful. My girlfriend has short hair but still It took her time to get them dry.

The hotel Is in a perfect position to visit the centre of Tallin and the seaside. It Is just a 10 minute walk from both. Breakfast was excellent and there was so much variety! Our room was spacious and really clean. Also, the bathroom was big and confortable. PS. C'è un fantastico ed enorme bidet.

Really enjoyed my stay and recommend for anyone who would like a good hotel a little bit outside the hustle and bustle of the city center. The city center is easily reached via foot within 10minutes. The rooms were clean and quiet with super comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was tasty, fresh and had a variety of options.

The hotel is easy to find when you come by ferry from Finland. You can park safely at the hotel. The old town is on short walking distance.

Lobby bar wasn’t open at all during our two day visit (Thu-Sat). Would have preferred a room a bit closer to the lifts and the hotel entrance while traveling with dogs.

Air conditioning in the room was highly appreciated during a heatwave. Possibility to reserve a parking space in advance. Convenient and quiet location next to the port.
