I read many reviews complaining about the conditions here. I don't understand why, the room was exactly as in the photos, good price, good location. Easy access to the kitchen, an amazing garden, full of flowers and greenery, terraces where you can enjoy a drink, playgrounds for children. I have to mention that I took one of the inside rooms, I can't speak for the rest.

The bathroom is not very well lit, and the bathtub very low for tall people. The nearest bus or tram stop is 10m away.

A very quiet location, and quite inconspicuous between apartment buildings. A very nice common area where people from different rooms can chat. The room and bathroom are surprisingly nice, comfortable, warm and equipped. Good value for money, in a city that proved quite expensive. A common kitchen for you to cook. A laundry service which worked on the same day.

It is strictly no smoking, this didn't bother me overall and is clear when you book but worth being aware of, you need to walk down the street - it would have been nice to relax with a coffee but not a deal breaker for me. The parking situation was quite stressful, there were a lot of campers and the lady was trying to direct me to reverse out and it got a bit tense, I appreciate she was trying to be helpful but at one point she hit the bonnet of the car, I had wanted to reverse in when I arrived which would have made it easier but she insisted I drive in. Overall the room was great but it could do with a bit of dust around and clean, there were a few cobwebs and spiders lurking but not enough to put me off (and I have quite the fear of spiders).

The room had everything you needed for the stay, parking on site and it was a nice walk into Tallinn but far enough away to not be in the tourist madness. The host was very welcoming and is clearly very passionate about her business. The room has a lot of character and overall I enjoyed my stay here.

The only downside – there was a musty smell in the room

I liked just everything. Maybe I was a bit worried if some other guests broke the rules or not, since there was an ashtray besides to one caravan. However, I did not smell anything, so I assumed they smoked somewhere else and just brought them with, so I did not want to make a scene about it.

The scenery was absolutely stunning - the garden, the rooftop terrace, and the decor inside and outside. The kitchen was well equipped and you also find some kitchen utensils inside the room. I love the way the host pays attention to details. I appreciate the beauty and closeness to the nature here. I also knew that the place was non-smoking, and I wanted to stay there even though we do smoke. To us, it was not a problem to walk a bit away from the property if we wanted to smoke, or just smoke when we went to the city. I have read some complaints about how it's difficult for some people not to smoke in the property. I think the host has every right to prohibit it. For non-smokers it's unpleasant if the people around smoke, and in this kind of relatively small property the smoke will go everywhere. I don't think it's much to ask to not do it here. You can always even buy Niquitin from pharmacy nearby and save your lungs a bit. That's what I did. I would not like if someone came to my house, started to smoke and claimed it's their right somehow. 😅 We had a very pleasant stay and I want to thank the host for everything. I hope we are welcome again. ❤️

The room was a bit damp and musty, but that's to be expected because it is in the middle of the garden. It had 2 windows and a radiator to help with this problem, so it was ok.

Very nice place with beautiful garden, 20 minutes on foot from the city centre, very well connected with public transport. The area is very nice and residential, there are no noises, and the owner was very kind and helpful. I booked the small budget room, which had everything I needed, and was situated in the middle of the garden in front of a nice table with gazebo. The shared bathrooms, showers and kitchen were kept quite clean.

I liked everything, but maybe the mattresses were a bit too soft. And one of my friend's sofa was also a bit too soft for sleeping

The place is very cozy and has all the facilities needed for a great stay. There are cosy houses, a place for camper vans, and a spacious lawn for tents. You can find some tea and coffee in the kitchen and shower gel and shampoo in the baths. I really recommend it for a pleasant start.

The room needs a good cleaning. It has an outdoor style but there were too many spiders and spider webs in the room and toilet/shower.

The location is a quiet residential area and only a 25-30 minute walk to the centre or train station. The room has everything you need and plenty of hot water. The forest motif is a bit much but fine if you like kitsch.

Air-conditioning is a little noisy. At night, the power saving lights on the main rest area going on and off with people moving around or staying up late in the evening. The lights Either on or off would be better.

Good location, safe parking for my motorcycle. Good food close by. Less than 30 minutes into the old town. Nice place to come back to and relax.

Owner requires waste segregation, but the rules are not clear. It would be better to have a list of things you can put in which bin.

Definitely one of the most interesting and original places I staid in. I only wish the weather was better when I was there, as the camping offers many possibilities to spend time on fresh air. The apartment had everything that was mentioned in the offer.

The location is comfortable and close to the old town, the garden is amazing, rooms are clean and decorated with love and creativity, every detail is thought out. I found everything I needed and even more. And the host is just amazing. I highly recommend this place - combination of comfort, lovely views, nature, distance to the center and friendliness.

It took a while to gain access but otherwise all good

Spacious well equipped shared kitchen. Nice outdoor terrace. Caters for everyone from individual rooms with en-suite to motor homes and even tents. Well placed for the old town especially if you get a public transport pass

Room was a bit stuffy, should use some airing. Lounge/corridor was a bit cold, door was kept open frequently, despite the weather being colder side.

Location was excellent, great breakfast cafes very near. If one would like to make their own food, kitchen was quite well equipped with plenty of equipment/utensils. Also some of the cooking ingredients were free of charge incase you arrive empty handed or just didn't bother (I'd recommend shopping though, if one plans to cook there). Room was quite decent, but a bit stuffy, should use some airing. Lounge/corridor was very cozy and probably good for socializing (during my stay, there weren't many travellers). They have very nice terrace upstair with chairs and loungers, again very good for socializing with other travellers. I would not exactly recommend it to people who'd want stay more privately.

Hear my words when you read this—this is quite possibly the most satisfied I have ever been with any property during all my years of travel using Booking.com. So much so that I have booked the same room here three times now. (And I am strongly considering booking it for a fourth time.) The room is small but cosy and intimate. It is clean, quiet and well-kept. The surroundings are inviting and conveniently located to a variety of shops, restaurants and bus or train stops. And the host is friendly and accommodating. You simply cannot go wrong with this one.
