I loved its location on the beach. It was a little bit outside of the town, so it was a quiet, peaceful place. But the town was easily reached by a short stroll down the beach. The staff members were so friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast also.

Absolutely fantastic place. We booked the two-bed room behind the main building but we could enjoy breakfast at the beach and use all the facilities (chairs, tables and loungers) in front of the mainbuilding, so price-performance ratio was perfect for us. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfy and spatious room nicely decorated! Very nice bathroom and warm shower! Enough hangers in the room and we could dry our stuff on the balcony.

We felt that the hotel very slightly lacked value for money. Instantly after booking you have a choice of two options to pay. It cost us $40 extra to pay by paypal and then it's either the rest cash on arrival or you have to pay another $40 for paying on Paypal again. Seems a bit outdated and we didn't experience this anywhere else in Galapagas. The breakfast - which was great- was also an extra $10 per person per day, but could've easily been absorbed by the cost of the room which was around £125 a night for a lovely, but not high end hotel room. Even the snorkel mask was $3 extra a day. For us, these little add ons made it feel like an opportunity to extract a bit more money rather than making you feel like a special guest. For us it took it from a 5 star experience to a 4 star. But, this is really just meant as constructive criticism as we thoroughly enjoyed the stay for all the reasons above.

The Beach House was lovely, view over the beach was amazing, very quiet and in a lovely part of town. You could spend months hanging out there! Short walk to the harbour and the town. Wendy was an absolute star, giving us lots of info about the area - she really made the place. Nothing was too much trouble. Her and the team were great and really looked after us. It was good to have a reception key and the 'honesty' bar came in handy. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a good shower. Breakfast was delicious. We would love to return. Isabela was hands down my favourite Island of the three we stayed on.

We had a fantastic 6-night stay at Isabela Beach House! Our highlights: 1. Excellent Reception Service – Super friendly and helpful staff who arranged our tours and gave great restaurant and activity tips. 2. Delicious Breakfast – Fresh, tasty, and served by a lovely team. Definitely worth including! Besides that, the location is perfect—right by the beach and close to town. Our room was just as pictured and very clean.

Perfect location right on the beach but away from the noisy beach restaurants. Loved being close enough to walk to Perla de Concha and the beach by the dock where the penguins hang out. The service was impeccable and staff were available to help organize tours on last minute notice. They allowed an early check in and late check out to accommodate the ferry times. The breakfast was delicious every morning.

Wonderful, wonderful beach house! The room was spotlessly clean and opened right on to the beach. The best showers in all of our stays on the Galapagos. The staff were so helpful and attentive, from renting bikes and snorkeling gear to booking tours and helping with restaurant suggestions. We loved our stay here!

Our stay was truly great. The hotel meet our expectations, I would return with my friends. Even tho most of hotels include breakfast on the price of the booking, paying for breakfast was ok, breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect, just in between the downtown and the pier. Even tho I did not meet Jaci neither Ramón, I thank both and all staff for such a warm welcoming. I realized when checking out that Ramón was my dad's old friend, I couldn't say hi, but well, Ramón, if you read this, my dad, Washington Espinoza, from Cuenca, send you greetings and a big hug.

A lovely place to stay. The owner is extremely helpful and very warmly. The breakfast was sensational, served right in front of our room, at the beach. Within a walking distance - along the beach - you reach small restaurants and various bike rental stations. Snorkeling equipments is available to rent at the hotel. Thank you very much for the great stay.

The $10 breakfast was fresh and tasty, They cooked the eggs to your liking. One day they also had waffles. the fruit was fresh. You could choose what time to have breakfast, and it was served outside by the beach. The beach was right there, and the sunset views were perfect. short walk to the town and restaurants, and 10 minute walk to a great snorkeling spot. The staff was friendly and would book tours for you. Wine and beer available for purchase in the office. They also provided beach towels. the room was modern and clean, comfortable bed.

The location was incredible. We saw penguins and seals and iguanas every darn day. I waded in the water with my coffee and a seal popped up. The staff were helpful and kind. It’s a homey feeling. Quiet. The island is lovely. Slow paced, with a huge beach with lots of restaurants and bars, our last night we went to the last bar on the beach and got treated to a view of the Milky Way.

It felt a little far from town compared to other places. It was a little bit of a walk to get to the restaurants, etc, but really not too much - and all across the beach!

The Isabela Beach house is beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond - from providing oregano tea when my husband’s got a stomach bug, to taking care of a crab spider on our curtain!

Nothing really. Just be ready for relatively basic decor. But its a "beach house" so that's just right, and there are lots of nice little touches to make it feel homely.

Fantastic location on the beach, a very short walk from the dock. We strolled across the beach each evening to find a new restaurant to try out. Breakfast was on the beach - very leisurely, with courses brought out one after another, fruit salad, coffee, rolls, eggs made really well, a sweet treat. The receptionist/manager was so lovely and helpful, always smiling. We had asked for twin beds and that request wasn't passed on by the website, but while we were out on our first full day the maintenance team came in and moved out the double bed to a different room, replacing it with twin beds - so that we could keep our rooms next to each other with a shared balcony overlooking the sea. They really went the extra mile to make it perfect. We could have stayed a month. They were also helpful in working out what activities to do. The whole experience was incredibly restful, swimming before breakfast and again before dinner, exploring, reading. We could have happily stayed on for much longer.

Isabela Beach House is a lovely, welcoming property. It’s ideally situated to take advantage of the island while also offering privacy from the crowds. The property is scrupulously clean and well-maintained and the staff is terrific.
