No room cleaning during the 3 nights stay, despite the "please clean" sign put on the door handle. I could have mentioned but I was leaving early and coming back late each day.

The person at the reception had unclear connection with the Booking Reservation, he scared me saying he didn't have my reservation, but eventually did find it. Afterwards he was pretty nice.

The room is a little old, but very comfy, the view was amazing, you can see El Panecillo, and at night the city lights up. The location was perfect - close to embassy and Quicentro.

I booked a twin deluxe room which was to have a kitchenette. It had that alright except the stove was not hooked up. The cupboards were entirely empty. The microwave only worked with 1 min button, but we had a bar fridge that worked. At a minimum I expected a coffeemaker. The buffet breakfast turned out to be a no choice serving from the kitchen but was good.

The hotel was within 15 min walk to a mall with a supermarket and to meeting point for hop on hop off bus. With taxis and Ubers your quickly and cheaply were you want to go. Definitely a good place to stay if you're out all day and don't plan on spending much time in your room.

1) There was no hot water on my first day 2) There was no signal on TV, i couldnt watch anything 3) Wifi was not good. I had to use my phone wifi to watch netflix on my phone (tv was not working) 4) There was no elevator first day, had to climb up to 5th floor several times 5) There is no coffee or coffee machine in the room. So you cannot enjoy your morning coffee with the view 6) There are some pans there for you to cook but there is no oven or other cooker 7) the furnitures are sooo old, I was hesitating to sit on them 8) Location is okay but the hotel is on the uphill. You are not able to take a walk around the hotel 9) I am currently staying at different hotel, I have my coffee, hot water and everything and its cheaper

No pots and pans to cook on stove. We were given a teakettle and small fry pan eventually. We expected a microwave in room. Did not get that for over a week. The website advertised free breakfast but it is $5. It is worth $5 it is very nice breakfast. The hotel restaurant is not open for dinner or on the weekend.

2 bedrooms, kitchenette in room, close to place We came to visit several times. After the problems we encountered the first week were mostly rectified, we made a decision to stay and not seek a different hotel.

Outdated hotel and rooms, noisy street, poorly maintained: windows didn’t lock properly, cold, noisy streets, stained towels and linens, dirty bathroom. Booked two nights, stayed just one. Unbearable.

The apartment did not have crockery and cutlery as that is an essential requirement. The location was a little difficult as too much uphill climb to get back to the hotel

Excellent hotel. Great value for money. The reception staff was very helpful and specially Maria the hotel Manager went out of her way to help us. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and juice.
