I loved the hostel staff (reception, kitchen, and housekeeping). They were always available to answer my questions. The location is a major plus, just a few minutes from Plaza Grande. The room is spacious and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hostel.

The nursery rhyme bell, we stayed near the entrance and it was very loud. Tv in room wasn’t very loud even when turned all the way up

Brilliant location, walkable distance to tourist squares, shops and restaurants. friendly and helpful staff, let us store bags after checking out until later in day. excellent breakfast- coffee, eggs and bread , yoghurt and refreshing juice. Thanks for a great stay.

I was in Rincon hotel from July 15th to 17th and 19th to 22nd…. Between the 17-19 I joined an Amazon tour by booking.com. My luggage was stored at the hotel for 17-19. July 2 nights, but there was a luggage storage fee, not a huge amount, but it was horrible!

I chose Quito as my base for Ecuador and was looking for a chic, small hotel in the old town for a longer stay. I stayed there for a total of 10 nights (8 were planned, but I added two more on the spur of the moment). My room was on the second floor and was really good for one person, with a private bathroom. Hot water sometimes took a while to arrive but working fine. The internet was really good, stable, and fast. I didn't enjoy breakfast because I was usually out early in the morning. A metro station is only 5 minutes away, from which you can get anywhere. There are also plenty of large and small supermarkets that have everything you need. There is also a laundry service if you want to have your clothes washed during your stay. The room was cleaned every day.

The staff is amazingly friendly and helped us with everything. We stayed here for 5 nights in total, because the place felt comfortable and safe. Showers come with a little instruction, but work fine and are warm. Breakfast is good and the location can hardly be better. We liked it

The breakfast is on a rolling schedule and some days it isn't suitable for vegetarians.

Central location in the historic city centre. Accomodating staff. Unfortunately we had a medical emergency during our stay when my partner suffered appendicitis. They helped us with transport to the hospital and with booking extra nights during the recovery process.

The WiFi was a bit patchy in our room. The TV was a bit small and at a strange angle. It could do with some modernising, particularly the bathrooms. The showers were hot for us, once we figured out the hot tap was incorrectly labelled.

The location was good - on the edge of the historic centre so you are not stuck in any bad areas. The breakfast was good as it is included. The staff were friendly, and were helpful with any requests. The building felt very secure with multiple locked doors to access. Free Netflix was also provided. Bed was comfortable and room size was good for a couple.

Shower is a nightmare. For the first 2-3 minutes the water is boiling hot, then all of a sudden it's freezing cold and it takes between 5 to 10 minutes to warm up. The pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay but don't expect much

It's a small centrally located hotel. Really great if you want to stay in the old town as all the restaurants and touristy places are close by. The staff was nice and friendly. They have a nice rooftop terrace too.

The wifi connection wasn’t great and a bit temperamental, and there were only two plates, mugs, etc for a three person room. Still, we were able to ask for extra at the front desk.

Great location for exploring the historical centre. Welcoming and helpful staff. The property is nicely decorated and the showers are warm and powerful. A simple breakfast was included. Price wise, it's much better value than some other places I stayed in the area.

The bathroom smelled bad because of some fumes from the siphon. It was very uncomfortable.
