Was all good! The location was quiet although at times there was noise late (just Saturday night)

Fantastic staff! Ivonne was so helpful and kind and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Comfortable size room with a nice bathroom and great services such as laundry! The onsite restaurant is amazing and you must go, whether you stay there or not!

Yvonne and Santiago were very helpful and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble. We loved the Ecuadorean theme of the hotel, the room was spacious and the beds and pillows comfortable. The chefs was superb, the breakfast was delicious and varied and they put so much attention to detail in the preparation and presentation of every meal, a great way to introduce us to Ecuadorean cuisine. I enjoyed using the spa bath. They were happy to store our bags and provided us with a room safe. We enjoyed the complimentary tea, coffee and fruit. Chakana Mariscal made a great base for exploring Quito.

Located in a safe area but at the end of a nightclub/bar street so can be a little noisy at times.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was freshly prepared and served in the adjoining restaurant by the owner. Staff extremely nice and the hotel had a 12 noon check-out. I would definitely stay there again.

There is noise from the many surrounding clubs - definitely a popular designation for local youth. However, noise does seem to stop fairly early and we slept well with ear plugs.

Lovely small hotel with large, clean and comfortable room. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Accommodation very safe and breakfast was great! Also the manager was very nice and helpful.

The neighborhood is a bit run down and felt safe but not to walk at night. The hot water didn’t work more than a few minutes for showering. Pretty typical, but it was an issue, especially because everything else was so beautiful.

Lovely small boutique property with comfortable, large rooms and king sized bed. The included breakfast was awesome (granola, yogurt, fruit, croissant, eggs, ham, cheese, and coffee or tea.) We did a day tour to Cotopaxi and they made us breakfast at 6:30am. The staff is super friendly and we had everything we needed. The attached restaurant is Andean fine dining and we had a delicious special dinner there.

Everything! The owner and her team are incredible! They go out of their way to help. The Chef even helped with a heavy duffel bag, I’ve never seen hospitality like it and I work in the hotel industry. The food is incredible - breakfast, lunch and dinner and the chef at each meal period even delivers the food themself to explain each dish. English is widely spoken by the team also.

Evone’s hotel provides a “real” breakfast included. Eggs any style, fruit bowl, granola, yogurt, coffee, juice! She is personally almost always available and let us stay for a late checkout since our flight was very late in the evening. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at Chakana Hotel Boutique Mariscal! The design is beautiful and authentic, adding so much character to the experience. Breakfast was fantastic, and we appreciated the thoughtful packed breakfast for our early flight. We also had dinner at the restaurant, which was excellent. The manager was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even better. Highly recommend this charming hotel!

It was very cold in my room and I was offered a space heater, which was very nice. I did not realize this hotel was in the center of the bar district and on a busy road. It was horribly noisy throughout the night from this street noise and barking dogs.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant had delicious offerings.

The hot water was a bit spotty and filling the jacuzzi a bit challenging. Neighbourhood is a bit loud on weekends.

Very nice small boutique style hotel with exceptionally friendly and accommodating host. Includes restaurant with Ecuadorean cuisine. Great breakfast. Good location with restaurants and nightlife close by.

My favourite hotel during the three weeks I spent in South America! Best tasting breakfast, best service and jacuzzi was sooo nice after a day of altitude hiking even though it would've been nice to get hotter water. Great deal overall
