Centric place, colonial house, super confortable, great staff and tasty breakfast!

    all was great!

everything!....the staff is super kind, the breakfast was great (bread was warm, fresh and tasty, very natural juice also), the room basic but confortable enough, and the price so good for all what we received!....definitely a good choice!.... If you like to experience a colonial house at the center of Quito and still pay an affordable price, this is the place for you! We paid 37 per night for 3 persons including breakfast! amazing! super recommended! Thanks to the staff!

Poor breakfast. Rooms facing entrance hall may have better soundproof.

Great location few blocks from Main square, next to trolleybus stop. Comfy beds.

This place was a true surprise – absolutely outstanding! The building is beautiful inside, our room was huge, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of variety and great quality. What stood out the most was the staff – incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations.

I stayed here twice for two days each, on the way to/from the Galapagos. The first stay, I was in a room with a very hard bed and a small bathroom, and it had a window to the landing, which made it feel insecure. The second time, I had one of the rooms facing the street, which was more noisy, but otherwise was better in every way - it was spacious with plenty of natural light, and the bed was comfortable. In both rooms, the electric light was weak.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The atrium is beautiful. The interior of the hotel is extremely quiet. The breakfast is complete and delicious. The staff is kind and helpful. The location is close to all the sites in the Centro Historico.

The property itself was perfect, the walkway in front of building can be a little loud at night and we saw a couple of people fighting. The B&B has a locked door that only staff can open from inside if you are coming in though, so we never felt unsafe, just something to note.

The B&B was very cozy since they opened the door. The staff were extremely helpful and patient with us, we were 13 people traveling together and they were flexible with our breakfast schedule before our tours. The rooms were comfortable and spacious.

The location was near the public transit. Lots of shops are within walking distance. The breakfast was extra delicious, cooked to order, and presented beautifully. The staff went above and beyond to help us out with everything we needed. My husband ate some street food, got sick, and they called the medical for him, had him checked out, and went next door with me to the pharmacy to make sure I got the right medicine since I don't speak Spanish.

We greatly appreciated the hotel staff, especially the young woman at the front desk. She demonstrated exceptional human qualities—always attentive, very patient, and smiling. Fluent in English, she helped us with many things, and we want to extend a big thank you to her. The hotel has a charming and tasteful style, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast is very enjoyable, the room spacious and clean, with nothing to complain about. The establishment offers excellent value for money and is ideally located in the historic center of Quito, near Roulin. I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The noise from the busy street outside and a man in the next room snoring at night was at times a disturbance.

For breakfast freshly cooked scrambled egg, freshly squeezed fruit juice, coffee and soft rolls with butter and jam followed by a small dish of fresh fruit.

I arrived at night with a transfer arranged through the hotel. The door wasn't opened, and I had to wait for 15 minutes. Fortunately, the taxi driver didn’t leave. The Wi-Fi upstairs is sometimes quite slow, and the walls are very thin — you can clearly hear people talking through them.

The hotel is cozy, with charming old creaky floorboards, lovely plants, and atmospheric lighting. The room is spacious, and there's hot water in the shower. It’s also warm enough in the room. Breakfast includes juice, coffee, eggs, warm croissants, jams, butter, cheese, and fruit. The best hotel breakfast I’ve had in South America. The staff is friendly. The location is also good, with many bus stops nearby. Great value for money.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Mía Leticia B&B occupies a charming building full of character, very nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable, wool blankets were provided, and the shower had hot water. The facility was quiet at night. Breakfast was provided and included croissants, fruit, eggs, juice, coffee. Staff members were all friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant 3-night stay.

The location is unbeatable, right in Quito’s historic center, perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. One of the highlights was the breakfast. I had requested in advance for it to be adapted to my dietary needs (gluten-free and dairy-free), and they kindly accommodated me. The breakfast was fresh, filling, and thoughtfully prepared. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Quito.

We didn't like the fact that the shower was separate from the toilet and basin. The shower was quite small. The room was a little dark as the natural light came from the covered courtyard area.

We stayed here for three nights. The room was an ok size . The staff are very nice. They helped with a few questions regarding our stay in the area. Breakfast was nice. They cook eggs the way you want. Because of the layout of the hotel you might hear guests coming and going. This hostel is close to local attractions. I also recommend you do a free walking tour from the community hostal which is only 4 mins walk away. I would stay here again.

-We felt the bathroom is in need of updating. It was cleaned as well as possible but had old tiles, some signs of mould etc. The extractor fan also needs fixing as it didn’t work which made the room very humid. -Although the location of the hostel is near to town, and there is a secure entrance with buzzer, there were some suspicious people around at night and the area didn’t feel the safest.

+The staff here are brilliant. Very friendly and accommodating. They were happy to serve us breakfast early as we had an early bus which helped us a lot! +Spacious room with good furniture and comfortable beds +Room was very clean and the bathroom was as clean as it could be +The breakfast is one of the best we’ve had in the whole of South America. Eggs, good bread, jam, fruit, juice and tea or coffee. Very happy with it +Just 5 minutes walk to the main city centre +Smart TV in the rooms was great

The WiFi wasn’t super strong. Sometimes I had to take calls in the foyer but if you’re not working that shouldn’t be a problem. Close to a road so can be noisy at night. I had earplugs so was all good.

Beautifully furnished rooms. Very kind and helpful staff. A great breakfast with lots of options. Tea, coffee and filtered water available. They kept my bags while I was at the Galapagos saving me a lot of money instead of getting storage. Thank you!
