There was a sign saying you could ask for a hair dryer at the reception, but they didn’t have one. I needed it to dry my shoes after a rainy day.

Room was better than expected for the price. Nice breakfast.

The man who was at the reception on the night of my arrival was extremely rude because I ringed in the doorbell twice at 11 pm. The surroundings of the hotel are not safe at night and I was unsure if someone heard the doorbell. The amount of bad attitude I received from him was out of this world. He yelled at me saying I should only ring in once and his attitude and energy really ruined my first impression. He had his face covered and I could only see his eyes. On the other hand, during breakfast the lady prioritised serving two American guests before me, even though I arrived and ordered before them. This made me feel confused. Lastly, I woke with lots and lots of hives in my lower back. I cannot really tell what is this because I checked the bed and mattress before falling asleep and it looked ok but I woke up clearly not well so I have really mixed feelings about this hotel.

The facilities are good, the hotel is comfortable, they serve a good breakfast, the hotel is close to the city centre and one of the receptionists ladies was absolutely amazing. She has a short hair and I didn’t ask for her name but she was EXCELLENT and made my stay better. She was kind and polite, kept my luggage for a few hours after check in and when I was leaving she was actively helping me with my luggage. She really is a very service oriented person.

Amazing value for the money. Comfortable room, kind staff, 24 front desk, good breakfast, awesome rooftop. You have to walk about 3 blocks into what's considered the dangerous part of town. Other than that, perfect.

It's a little loud because one of the windows is facing the corridor so you'll hear everything. Another window is facing the inside of the building so the room is always dark.

This is a good place for a couple of nights if you're on budget. The room is small but clean. Many grocery stores and restaurants around. The staff allowed me to leave my bag for a few hours after check out. The shower was great, no problems with the hot water.

It is extremely noisy. If your room is facing to the street it is almost garanteed that you do not sleep. In the internal rooms you hear everybody from all the floors.

The hostal is clean, well located and wih friendly stuff.

Hotel with a great location. Both the old town and the metro are within walking distance. Staff friendly, quick to respond to questions. For a small extra fee, we were able to use the room earlier - a great option for those coming from a night bus. You didn't have to wait for hot water - it came as soon as you turned on the tap :) The breakfast is sufficient and delicious.
