We had a great stay at La Laguna. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we suggest you book all daily tours with them, much easier and even cheaper. Rooms are big, bed comfortable, shower has a good pressure and hot water. The best part was to book the Jacuzzi on the rooftop after a long day. I would def recommend it

Sometimes the shower took a long time to heat up wasting lots of water. I bought the tours from them (to other islands as well but it is better to buy the tours in each island- learned lesson)

Location is great. Room 13 was spacious and with the lagoon view. Drinkable Water free of charge. Staff very helpful. Great tips on where to eat and have a cup of coffee.

I loved everything. At first, Giancarlo helped me organize ferry tickets and tours in Isabela (and had the best prices I've received), and all went smoothly. The hotel isn't luxurious, but my room was very comfortable and the view to the flamingos lagoon was a plus. Although breakfast starts at 7h, I could arrive around 6h30 as I had a tour at 7am and was served on time. As in all hotels I've been in the GALAPAGOS, breakfast is served on the table and is not a lot of food. They serve eggs (your style), some fruit, yogurt, bread, coffee and juice. It was not much, but it was enough (and good).

Location was perfect, rooms were clean and updated, the staff was extremely helpful, accomodating and kind, and the pool and hot tubs were an added bonus! The breakfast was made hot and fresh, and delicious. A fantastic stay for our family of 4!

The only minor thing that we would suggest is to add an ice machine. The hotel has a very small shared refrigerator with a tiny freezer and a couple of ice trays. But we were able to make that work for us.

We liked everything about this hotel. If we had to pick one exceptional thing over all of the others it would be the helpfulness of the staff. They helped us get the best highland excursion with Pablo. Pablo speaks excellent English and of course Spanish with which he explains all of the fauna and flora along the way to and in the volcano. He also offers his customers complimentary fruit at his farm and lunch at his restaurant.

Breakfast. Made by a guy who hates his job and food. Every single item is of poor quality, tasteless. Coffee pretty horrible too. Just avoid it and go to a decent breakfast place nearby.

A very decent hotel. Big rooms, good water pressure in the shower, although hot water takes 10 minutes to appear. Location is next to everything you need - restaurants, bike rentals, mini markets. Staff was always nice and helpful.

This is a fantastic hotel overlooking the flamingo lagoon in Isabela. 1 minute walk to the beach. Right beside plenty of restaurants and bars. Has rooftop jacuzzi which you reserve a time slot for free. Lovely way to watch the sunset. Rooms also very modern and comfy, some with balconies overlooking the lagoon. But the staff here especially are excellent. So attentive and going above and beyond to make your stay easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone on Isabela

Very sad to say the breakfast and restaurant in general was not good… cutlery and cups were often dirty, breakfast quality was also not the best, and the same everyday. If this would be improved this hotel would be truly amazing.

Everything (except 1 thing) was perfect, rooftop jacuzzi is amazing with great view. Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Free water refill is provided. Location is good as well.

Location was great, rooms were very comfortable, and I slept great. I appreciated the access to cold drinking water and being able to fill up my bottle. Breakfast was good and they made a nice to go breakfast on the early morning we departed by ferry. I’d definitely return.

Perfect location - short walk from everything and yet quiet and peaceful. Nice pool outside and coffee/tea corner open all the time... highly recommend

Dirty towels which need to be upgraded as they are all stained and repetitive breakfast which is not great.

Nice hotel with a lovely view of the laguna (we booked the King size room with a balcony) and close to the beach. Spacious room and nice balcony. Good size bathroom. There are also jacuzzis on the top floor but the staff didn’t tell us, we found out about them by reading reviews.
