The street light lite, which shown directly into our room at night. We fondly called the bathroom the “daylight toilet”. We do travel with and use eye masks, which one must wear if you are assigned this room.

The morning receptionist was so helpful, I had miss placed my glasses and with her help we were able to locate them. She also arranged a day trip for us at the last minute, which turned out to be one of the best excursions of our stay. We send a heartfelt thank you to her.

The WiFi is slow. The TV channels are in really bad quality and selection of channels are small, no international channels. The room needs to be upgraded with USB charging stations. The window in our room was a bit difficult to open and close. The toilet button is installed not in the most practical way.

The room is a good size. Bedroom & bathroom is good. Room is clean, the area is safe. I was happy with the breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful. It was easy and convenient to stay in the hotel. I would not mind to stay in this hotel again.

The area is a bit isolated and it may be a challenge at night .

Very clean and the rooms are modern and spotless and the view to the outside is unhindered The shower and water are excellent and there is a Jakuzi in my room which I wasn't expecting .Breakfast is self-service and varied and there is the option to order other food such as eggs etc .

The room was amazing, very bright, great view. Clean, comfortable. Nice local breakfast. Quiet, as it is off the main road. Fairly good choice of restaurants within walking distance.

Stayed here 3 different times over a 2 week.period. Each time our stay was excellent. The staff in both the attached restaurant and on thevhotel reception made us feel very welcome and at home. For our final stay we arrived just as the restaurant was closing but they still managed to prepare something for our party. Thry even managed to prepare a brrakfast to go for one of our party who was leaving very early the following morning Overall an excellant level of service much better than some of the big hotel chains. Would I stay again, without doubt yes.

Warm welcome from staff. Spacious & comfortable rooms. Breakfast was great, lots of choice (including 3 freshly squeezed juices) & restaurant providing a vegetarian/vegan menu. Spotted humming-birds from the restaurant terrace.

A great hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was exceptionnally good with fantastic coffee. Location may not be the best to visit downtown Quito since it is quite far and there is not much around the hotel, but for me was close to University for work, so most convenient. Hotel was superb, very comfortable, with great staff, I enjoyed my short stay there

Conveniently located between the airport and Quito, but out of the crazy busy downtown. Close to the restaurants and shops in Cumbaya and the ecotrail of El Chaquiñan. Spotless clean and super friendly and attentive staff.

It is a bit noisy because of a nearby busy road, but I don’t think there’s anything you can do about that.

The rooms are modern and very attractive. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. It has a small garage on site.

It can be a little noisy at night from car alarms and roosters.

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is very attractive as was our room. The location in Lumbaco was chosen for its vicinity to the airport and having parking. Lumbaco itself is not very interesting, but you can get into Quito in 30 mins. The hotel staff could not be more kind or helpful. Always cheery and hardworking. There is a security guard there 24/7 so you don’t have to worry about your car.

a more varied breakfast buffet could have been nicer!

super great stay. I spent nearly 4 week at the hotel. large comfortable rooms very clean. fantastic staff. very nice bathroom, good amenities and laundry service (they charge per Kg, not per item!). It's the second time I come to this hotel and it doesn't fall short of any big fancy hotel at twice the price. The location is not at the center but is much closer to the airport and the northern exit from town, which for me was most convenient. (It costs around 12 usd to go to town by uber). Great place. I recommend warmly.

In my room (305), I couldn't connect to wifi during most of the stay and had to stay in the common areas to ensure stable connexion, which was a real hassle for a business trip. Being a foreigner with no residency in Ecuador, I was also really surprised to be charged the VAT, even after showing my booking confirmation that detailed the price excluding VAT. It is the first time I experience this in Ecuador.

The hotel was nice, comfortable and clean. The free filtered water and coffee that were available all day long was a nice touch. The restaurant was good too.
