There was a bit of noise from some neighborhood dogs and roosters in the night.

This is a lovely property a little bit up a hill in Otavalo (still very near to the center). The hosts are very warm and kind. The bed was comfortable and it was all very peaceful. Definitely recommend!

The Family that runs the Hostal is just super friendly and helpful and spreads a really warm vibe. The room was very cozy and the view from the terrace was just breathtaking, looking over the entire city up to the volcano. Thank you very much!

Very noisy until early morning because of a concert for carnaval in town, and they didn't told me before, even if I asked for a quiet room and they said yes 😅 I guess in normal time, it's quiet ^^ Smell like mold in the room.

I found cooking for one difficult as pts and pans large for big parties.

Amazing property and owners exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful. Immediately on arrival took me shopping for food. The verandah view over Otavalo is stunning and the gardens are abundant with beautiful flowers. Family’s son took me to Peguche Falls - it was a beautiful and memorable experience.

Beautiful place to stay, great views of the town, stunning sunsets, friendly fluff friends (including a really cuddly and chatty cat). Our room was really spacious, beds comfy, and lots of blanket to keep us warm. The town is 15 min walk, or less down, maybe more up. The owners are really friendly and help us out a lot (planning and organizing some side trip, deopping us off in town when we had bank issues, ect). Breakfast was good and filling with warm bread, jam, eggs, fresh juice, tea, coffee, chocolate.

I didn't like being asked if I wanted to share my room with someone I didn't know. They thought we were friends, but it was quite awkward.

What I liked most about Hostal Curiñan was the personalized attention from the owners; they were incredibly kind and friendly. Additionally, the view from the hostel was amazing, offering a stunning panorama of Ibarra. It was also conveniently close to the starting point of a race I participated in called Otavalo Race, located at Parque San Sebastián.
