Beautiful old building with lots of charm. Food in the cafe below was ok and it could be brought up to the room. Huge room and hot water for the showers.

The air freshener in the bathroom kept automatically spraying and it was a bit over powering. Its right on the road and the windows are original so very little soundproofing.

The hotel is colonial, very beautiful and good maintained; there is a jazz bar at the second floor which is amazing; the staff is very helpful; I recommend 100 % if you want to stay in the downtown near a famous restaurants, church’s , shops, etc..

Microwave was promised on the site but not present. Shower was different from the picture. Constant perfume in the bathroom made for a bad smell.

It's close to nice places

Just about everything on the picture of the place that's my window on the third floor overlooking the park probably the best place I've stayed during most of my travels I actually stayed two nights

The hotel is beautiful with so many original details in this colonial style house, and you cannot ask for a better location right by the Catedral and park. Our third floor room had the best view of the cathedral domes! Our room was vary spacious. The little kitchen area was very handy. Beds were super comfy.

Our bathroom had a very strong odor we believe coming from the shower drain. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed but it still was bothersome. And it is true that the location was excellent right by the Catedral, and catty-corner from the central park. However keep in mind that this location comes with some disadvantages: mainly noise from traffic, the crosswalk beeping and people walking by. Also there is no parking at this hotel. You have to park 2 blocks away for $7.50 per night. The staff wasn't super helpful in getting us connected to wifi in our room - were were never able to... Also they were very slow to respond (3 days and an angry call) to implement a change to our itinerary.

A lot of noise at night (poorly insulated windows), impossible to sleep. Bathroom also really small.

Beautiful apartament right in the center of Cuenca with great view on the Cathedral, the room was very spacious and beds super comfy.

Great location, the only downside was the loud club downstairs — while lying in bed, we felt like we were at the party.

Beautiful, elegant, and great location. The viewing of the city is incredible. Love it.

Great location in the center, across from Parque Colombre. However, it is a noisy area and that’s something to consider. Also we couldn’t get on the wifi. Otherwise it was convenient and beautiful facility.

Extremely noisy, you can hear everything going on outside. We could hear the restaurant and also the street. There is a club next door and the rooms have no noise cancellation. Staff was very kind and good but I’m not sure about the noise until 2 am.

The Hotel is absolutely beautiful and centrally located in the heart of the city. The hospitality from the hotel staff was amazing. I will definitely be back when I visit Cuenca again.

Location was great! Right next to the square & cathedral, restaurants, everything. Fast WiFi. Above a nice restaurant and breakfast was included and delicious!

The coffee maker needed replacing and leaked every time I filled it with water. There wasn’t a microwave as advertized. Could do with a cloth, t-towel and detergent.
