Be prepared to walk up lots of stairs. Unfortunately, we were there on a Friday night and it was a bit noisy until quite late.

Centrally located, close to the ferry pier (3 minute walk) Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was exceptional with empanadas made and cooked right there, eggs, etc. The woman who cooked to order did a great job.

We spend 3 out of 4 days with cold water. Very tough since the weather was not warm and we needed hot water. We stayed on the last floor-with the shark. The staff tried to help starting the second day but they ended up fixing it on our last day where we actually took a warm shower. They said that the problem will be permanently fixed-so I do hope so for anyone who stays in this room. It’s a pity since everything else was perfect. The staff gave us a free ride to the channel to compensate us on this trouble. It’s a bit noisy in the morning since it’s close to the floor where people have breakfast and you can hear the noise from them walking and the staff preparing breakfast. Breakfast could be a bit extended since not everyone leaves early for a trip-some want to enjoy their holiday :)

Location was excellent, very central reaching everything around there in a few minutes. Staff is great, always there to help and reply to messages. Breakfast on the top floor, with a nice view of the port. It was different every day-scrambled eggs available each day and either empanadas-which were great or pancakes. Coffee, fresh juice and fruits as well. Be a bit more open to provide more marmelade and butter-so we won’t feel that we are asking it ourselves:) We paid in cash but this seems quite normal in the island. Be prepared and take cash with you!

A really nice play to stay in Puerto Ayora. Felipe was really helpful and friendly. Room was clean & comfortable. The roof top terrace was a lovely place to have the complimentary breakfast which was really nice and even varied each day.

One of the 2 nights we stayed there, there was no hot water for the shower.

Safe drinking water available on each floor Omar and Filipe were gracious and attentive hosts Alexis had the rooms spotless We stayed 2 nights with an overnight to Isabella in between. They allowed us to keep our heavy luggage there and so we only had to travel with overnight bags. And the staff got up early to prepare a box breakfast for each morning that we had to get up early to catch a ferry Omar and Felipe carried my suitcase up and down the stairs to my room -- no light task Airconditioning was amazing.

Perfectly located for the pier and exploring Santa Cruz. It’s a lovely modern interior hotel with a relaxing roof terrace seated area. Hot water, beverages and biscuits are available all day as are cold drinks to purchase. A continental breakfast is provided and you can order freshly made scrambled or fried eggs. The rooms are well appointed, with AC, an iron, safe and fridge. Felipe is a joy to deal with, super friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Would recommend a stay here

Only small thing is it seems unlikely they will check you in early. Maybe there was someone there but when we stayed it didn't seem at full capacity.

If you are in the third floor just keep in mind there is no elevator. We had no issues with that and staff helped us with luggage.

Location was exceptional to take ferries! Breakfast was great, my room view to the bay was really nice but it's not like the only thing you see is the bay, the buildings part is not that nice.

Unfortunately, the night we stayed, there was a political rally and concert until early in the morning very close by.. It's not the hotel's fault but a hazard of being near Harbor Square.

Must keep in mind that you must climb 2 flight + up to get to your room. We're elderly so it was not easy to have to climb at least 3-4 flights to go to your breakfast on the top floor. No lifts. Thankfully, staff was eager & willing to help with our luggage.

Great location close to the pier & many restaurants/shops. Wonderful to have the cold water dispensers right outside our room. The rooms were large & well appointed with AC & ceiling fans. The morning breakfast was very good & abundant. The ladies cooking were eager to make whatever you'd like. We could make requests & they were fulfilled. Also liked having tour directors right there who could facilitate trips & provide equipment. Made it super convenient.

Couldn’t regulate the water temperature in the shower. Either ice cold or lava hot. But that’s the only gripe.

Omar and Danny were amazing. Perfect location and very comfortable rooms. Lots of great communication to ensure everything was set up. Omar even tracked our delayed flight and stuck around to make sure we got checked in when we arrived. Very easy to work with.
