Shower was awful. Hot water would suddenly shut off. Constantly adjusting the cold/ hot temperatures. But after a few days you'll learn to get by with it. But for price, shower must be better. Also bring your own beach towels. Owner should provide additional towels at no cost. Also need drying rack for wet clothes. And no iron.

The chairs in the lounge were a little uncomfortable but it wasn't a problem to us as we were always out and about doing things, but it was made up by having a really comfortable bed.

The Host Connie was lovely, nothing seemed to be a problem. We asked if it was possible for a coffee machine and the very next day there was a coffee machine at our door. Love the artwork in the apartment.

The apartments are perfectly situated in Puerto Ayoro - close to restaurants, shops and the wharf. Very spacious and comfortable, it is also quiet given the central location. Connie was an excellent host, super thoughtful in her management of the apartment, with daily cleaning and a well appointed kitchen for meal preparation. When we explained we had been travelling nearly 24 hours to get there, she organised early check in for us which we were so grateful for. She was also able to organise a transfer to get back to the airport on the day we were leaving. The Galápagos Islands have been a highlight of our travels and we highly recommend the apartment for a stay on Santa Cruz.

At night the street was very noisy with people and traffic, which we could hear in our room. Tough on sensitive sleepers.

We loved our spacious and sparkling clean apartment. Our room overlooked one of the main streets and provided us a nice view of the bay. We were steps away from many restaurants and shops, as well as the pier from which expedition boats departed.

The shower kept vacillating between cold and hot - scalding hot. It wouldn't stay stable. There were also tiny bugs that tried to get in our groceries and I learned later these bugs are ubiquitous to the Galapagos. We solved it by putting all our food in the refrigerator.

This was a perfect location - close to Darwin Center, shopping, grocery store, restaurants, and the waterfront. The room balcony had a view of the bay.and the terrace up the roof was an added bonus. The room was very clean and spacious

our only comment was the sleeper sofa was not "really" a sleeper sofa. Also be aware there is no elevator, so stairs are required to access the apartment. Connie and her husband were kind enough to assist us with our luggage, which we very much appreciated!

Connie was wonderful to work with, and very responsive. The apartment was immaculate and well located, within walking distance to the Ferry and many restaurants. Lovely view from the balcony and most importantly, the beds were very comfortable!

It wasn't issue for us but the sofa-bed (for the 3rd person) was quite low, so you have impression to sleep on the floor but was quite comptable.

Great location, sparking clean, nice view on the ocean from the room and we also could use the terrace upstairs with more direct ocean view. Perfect for the couple.

The shower hot and cold water pressure goes up and down, causing the water to either get too hot or not hot enough, but I think this may be an island thing as it also happened in my stay in San Cristobal.

Second floor apartment located across from the ferry dock in Puerto Ayora. Good value for family of 4. Excellent location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Modern apartment is large and quiet with a functional kitchen, living area and large bedroom with 2 queens. Plenty of closet space, Wifi worked fine, A/C in bedroom.
