The room was very comfy and spacious. Had a nice view over the church next door and park. The breakfast was decent and were able to have it in our room. Some shops nearby, supermarket very close, and not too far of a walk to the Historic Centre. Staff was helpful and attentive. Great shower.

The wifi was dreadful and had to sit outside our room in the hallway to get any connection. We then told the staff the next day and they moved us to a different room where it worked.

This was my second stay at this excellent hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Erika, David and Javier were great and spoke good English. The room was clean and big. Bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and powerful. TV worked. Room cleaned on request. Kitchen fully equipped. Close to city centre, many good restaurants and supermarket. Good value. Highly recommended.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful

TV in the rooms is only national channels which are completely unwatchable. There's a TV downstairs with premium channels. From what I have read this is very common in Ecuador though

The staff here were super nice, especially Erika was always very helpful and kind with directions, getting around, making sure everything was ok and just offering great customer service. They’re very responsive on WhatsApp. They have water downstairs, a communal kitchen (fridge, stovetop, microwave), a good breakfast (sometimes was choice of tortilla and eggs or sandwich with meat and cheese, another day was humitas with scrambled eggs). Rooms are comfortable with hot water and good water pressure, good WiFi. Location is excellent near the metro and a couple of blocks from centro histórico. There’s a supermarket a minute away and restaurants nearby. I stayed in 3 different places in Quito and this was head and shoulders above the other two so I ended up returning here.

They said the kitchen had a toaster when it doesn’t, but maybe that was lost in translation.

On arrival I was very very tired after the epic 2 days flights from Australia. The lady owner informed me to check in at 11.30AM . At 11AM I was feeling very sick (due to fatigue + altitude problem ) she and the lady helper would not let me in, not even at 11.20AM, even I had paid for the room already. I thought it was not compassion, it was heartless and selfish. It was very strange , why did they refuse me where I already paid upon arrival. Very very disappointed.

I'm very grateful of the hotel staff, they helped me a lot to settle in Ecuador. Walking distance to the city center, very close to Alameda metro station. Optional breakfast, cheap. Good value for money.

Maybe the facilities need a renovation

The guys are just incredible and makes the difference, willingness to help always. The breakfast was really good and delicious everyday ( don’t miss the tortilla de tiesto ) good internet and the bed was comfy, there is a supermarket right next to the hotel, metro station, restaurants,you can use the fridge and the kitchen, totally worth it.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great, just in front of a metro station and a short walking distance from the old city. Great comfortable shower. very good value for cost.

The room is small because the bed is huge.The room has a large nice window with a great view.The staff are professional and helpful. They were asking when to clean the room .The breakfast was getting better every day and diverse,we enjoyed it. The location is great, close to city center, only 2 minutes from metro and bus station . The view from the terrace is stunning.

Somebody ate our watermelon from the fridge. It was cold in the room, but this is everywhere in Ecuador. The towels should be replaced

Everything went well, the staff is very nice young people, who were very pleasant in communication, helped me when I've had some issues. The hotel is located in the center,close to everything. Room was clean with big window as on pictures .I liked Quito very much!! Thank you 😊

There was a little bit cold in room at the evening, maybe ,it's better to keep some heater in rooms,but it's fine,its not any big cons.

This place is a little hidden gem! So many great things about this hostel. The beds are huuuuge and so comfortable, and the rooms are well soundproofed so I had a great sleep every night. The included breakfast is good value and includes scrambled eggs, a sandwich and tea/coffee. Great pressure in the shower and the water is hot (unlike many other hostels in South America. Location is slightly outside the historic centre but there are still plenty of restaurants close by.

Nothing! We will stay here again when we come back from the Galapagos.

This was great value for money. Not the most central location. Breakfast was ok. The staff were fantastic. We had noisy neighbours one night, but that can happen. I would best describe this as good value for money.

No tea at breakfast (not the only hotel that this was the case). Thin walls whenguests next door are chatting at 2am.

Very close to the metro station. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is light but good.

Breakfast ends at 9am which is very early. Most days I haven't been able to make it down and eat in time. I would be better if it went until 10am.

Very helpful staff, lovely furnishings, breakfast was great!
