Here are a few things i could mention that i like about the property: * Size and Layout: The space was just right for our needs. * Amenities: We loved the pool, gym, etc ! * Outdoor Space: we loved the balcony, yard, & nearby park, that's always a plus. * Condition: this property was well-maintained almost looked newly renovated for how cleaned it was everyday. * Neighborhood: We loved the atmosphere of the other guests, neighborhood was quiet, friendly, & lively.

There was no hair blow dryer in the room. When we requested one. It took a really long time to get it. So much to the point that we had to leave. Upon arriving back to the room. No note or anything then I happened to lay down and the hair dryer was on the bed. So they came after we left entered the room and left on the bed without notice. Also the hotel does allow other vendors to sell excursion at the property. We booked the coco bongo show, since we had heard a lot about it. It was through nexus, so not go through them. We were told to be prompt at 19:10 we got there at 18:48. The driver never showed up to pick us up. A waste of a night. Book through the hotel or a trusted provider. I learned that the hard way.

The staff at the buffet was not very nice, the food at the steakhouse was terrible , the shower was not clean when we checked in, and 90% of the tv channels are in Spanish

Nobody informs you that you have to make a reservation a day before for the restaurants. There is an app that’s not working and I had to walk to the reception to inform me that I have to reserve a table from the previous day. Almost NOBODY SPEAKS ENGLISH. The staff is very very slow, from the beach to the reception and restaurants. Even at my checkout they were very very slow even if I told them that I have to catch a flight. The bellboys didn’t help me at my check in and I had to walk with all the luggage asking everybody how to find my building and room.

Some really underwhelming food restaurants. Under the sea is terrible. Food actually made me ill. Wrote feedback and was advised someone would be in touch which never happened. The steak house though a good steak incredibly slow service. Didn’t mind the Japanese restaurant but not somewhere you could return as same menu. Buffet, as you’d expect from a place like this. Wide selection though it did feel as though if you didn’t arrive first you really got bottom of the barrel food. I’m not sure if it’s a licensing issue, but we had the same 10 songs on repeat by the pool all day everyday. Not to mention the theme tune song that the entertainment teams danced along too 5 times a day. Used to adults only so this was quite the experience. Think they could consider adult guest more so particularly as the resort is split.

It’s always the staff that make places like these. Special mention to Brendy one of the pool servers. Took our orders all day everyday. Smile on her face at all times. Rooms really nice, modern and cleaned well by teams.

The service provided by the staff, particularly those at the pool bar, was generally discourteous. It appeared that local guests were not treated with the same level of respect and attention as non-local guests.

I really dislike the room,needs maitenance the shower,the towels are old.

Elevators were not working so even going to the last floor (3rd floor) was tiring. Also when being picked up by a car service it was too much of a hassle with not knowing where they would be allowed to enter and just locating the driver.

Check-in says 3pm. We arrived at 3 and were told to Come back in a hour. So we came back at 4 and they said wait another hour. We came back at 5 and I have to raise my voice to let them in to a room. Terrible check in process and when I needed assistance they suddenly ‘didn’t speak English’

The beach was great and dining options were delicious.

Entertainment for adults was very limited. After the 9pm show there’s nothing to do besides going to the sports bar, which is very crowded (and with kids) so we had no option than sitting outside or going to our rooms.

It was beautiful but the beach situation was not clear. We didn’t know if we were allowed to be there or not.

The furniture in the room was very disappointing. The dresser drawers did not close properly and they were filled with scratches. The little refrigerator did not close entirely neither. This make the drinks not as cold as they could be.

The location was good enough for me. It was not too far and easily accessible. The quality of the breakfast (overall) was subpar. Wish there was more "quality" dishes. I just found it not being tasty tasty.

I think the service in general is really good, but I would have liked the waitresses in the buffet to be a little more attentive to the people who are eating especially with the drinks.

Lots of open air concepts which means not much a/c, so makes it a little difficult when u want to cool down or want a nice cool place to eat. A few air-conditioned spots but not many. Food was just sub-par and almost everyone in our group of 15 was sick with stomach issues.

Friendly staff and facility was very clean. Lots of activities throughout the day for all ages. Beach was very clean and much better than resorts down the beach. Burger hut for lunch had great burgers and sports bar had great wings.
