Puedes dejar un comentario sobre un Alojamiento que hayas reservado a través de nuestra Plataforma si te has alojado allí o si llegaste al alojamiento pero no te quedaste. Si quieres modificar un comentario que ya enviaste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al cliente.

La excursion a isla Saona atravez de la compañia WB la cual no tuvo la coordination con el bus y la llegada donde los botes para enbarcar para la isla ya que salimos del Hotel a las 7 y 30 AM sin desayunar y llegamos a los botes a las 12 del dia y fuimos los ultimos en enbarcar y solo disfrutamos 2 horas y 30 minutos de la Playa.

El olor (literal) desagradable que se respiraba en todo el complejo, la falta de climatización en zonas comunes como el lobby (mientras que las hostes gozaban de ventiladores frente a ti…), la poca maniobra y profesionalidad de gestionar una mera modificación en la reserva (podría detallar más este punto si lo desean), en fin, bajo mi punto de vista, se trata de un hotel que con muy buenas prestaciones pero, el personal no dispone de las capacidades necesarias para brindar un estancia de excelencia.

Comentario auténticoEl hotel es excelente, instalaciones cómodas, con muchos parques verdes, piletas y lugares para relajarse. La gente del hotel es muy amable y cordial, en especial Jose, que nos asistió durante toda la estadía. La playa es excelente y está a metros del hotel. Y también es para destacar las actividades nauticas incluidas con nuestra reserva, aprovechamos la hora de velero casi todos los dias, muchas gracias Carlos por las instrucciones. Los restaurantes son muy variados en cuanto al menú y todos de excelente calidad.
Es difícil encontrar algo que no nos haya gustado. Tal vez entender un poco los horarios de la cena para poder aprovechar al maximo el dia de playa.

Comentario auténticoEl trago es top shelf. La infraestructura es hermosa y el acceso a la playa muy fácil. El restaurante el asadito tiene buena comida y a veces el buffet también. Darleny y Salomé son espectaculares y su atención sobresaliente
El servicio es PÉSIMO. A veces les hablabas y no te contestaban y se volteaban e incluso a veces se iban y te dejaban parado. No limpian o cambian los individuales en los buffets, solo les pasan un trapo por encima. Las sillas de las mesas llenas de migajas y el piso también, no lo limpian y te sientan en esas mesas. En el restaurante de la playa el que parrilla quiere cobrarte para darte carne o pollo, sino te dice que no hay, no reponen la comida en los buffets, así que si llegas a las 2:30 te toca comida con textura gomosa y no sale nada fresco. Las hamburguesas que sobran del snack de la playa las llevan al buffet del almuerzo, les echan aceite encima y te las vuelven a cocinar. La limpieza de los cuartos es pésima, las losetas de las duchas llenas de moho y en general la habitación siempre con tierra. Las pepelmas de la piscina se desprenden al tocarlas prácticamente, incluso una niña se cortó el pie con una pepelma salida del piso de la piscina. Y ya cosas menores, los tragos llegan a la playa derretidos porque demoran muchísimo en traerlos, hay muy poco personal en la playa, los jugos que usan para los cocktails no son naturales, el show de niños no existe, es una tontería de 20 minutos improvisado por el staff. Es un hotel para adultos, los niños no tienen nada que hacer.

Comentario auténticoExcelente hotel me encanta todo en especial el trato del personal saludos a karolina la mejor mesera con su alegría nos contagió y nos hizo pasar las mejores vacaciones también gracias a Gregorio el bartender del bar del looby hace los mejores cócteles y tiene toda la alegría y disposición de hacerte pasar un grato momento . Nuestro mayordomo Santiago fue increíble siempre pendiente de nosotros y nuestras necesidades . También en este hotel siempre vas a encontrar una reposera y un lugar con sombra eso es lo mejor ! No como en otros lugares donde debes madrugar para poder encontrar un lugar . Acá jamás pasará eso !! A la hora que quieras ir a la playa o piscina tendrás un lugar disponible para ti . La comida es genial muy rica y variada todo fresco y tienes muchos lugares donde conseguirla a toda hora del día . Tienes Room service las 24 hrs eso es genial por si no quieres salir de tu habitación .

Comentario auténticoLa atención del personal, la limpieza de la habitación y la limpieza de los baños públicos.
No hay reposeras suficientes entorno a las piscinas. Se podrían colocar más quitasoles o palapas y reposeras ya que las que hay no alcanzan para todos los huéspedes. Se debería impedir que cada huésped coloque su propia música con sus propios parlantes. Esto molesta al resto de los huéspedes que quieren ir a descansar. Que la mayoría de las actividades se hablen solo en inglés.
