There was a cockroach in my room and i couldn't access Netflick.

It was quiet, close to some shopping outlets, which was good.

This was my second time there. And my room did not have hot water for showering. Abd slrhough I gave notice of that repeated problem, no action was taken.

The price was great. The location excellent.

No minibar, no flat tv screen, no hairdryer. They gave a different room because the y had air conditioning problems in some rooms. The room didn't look like the one I booked.

Everything, the bed was horrible, mattress was thin like a cookie and hard. Couldn't sleep at all, the bathroom was filthy. The location wasn't the best. Food spots were more than 3 blocks away. Very noisy too.

The kitchen stuff there were not ready for the business the kitchen does not clean right it's not good for your health. The mop washed-out in the kitchen sink that's no right.

Breakfast was Cold eggs and even the cheese wasn't melted, housekeeping terrible didn't clean properly just with the mop, left garbage under and around the bed, not even took the garbage from the bathroom trash that was full, took the towels from the room without bringing new ones.

Nothing fully worked in our room. The a/c units worked but didn’t produce cold air, the tv worked but the remote did not, the refrigerator worked, however it leaked water the entire time, and their was a fan/speaker in the room that turned and produced light, but didn’t work as a fan or produce sound. I guess that’s what you get when you book for so inexpensive.

The hotel was actually better than expected for something that was so cheap. Upon walking in, the “hostel” looked well kept. Nice lobby and decor. Everything was simple to do for check in, and easy to go through. Staff was kind. I would book again if for a short night.

I recommend this hotel only for a short stay. There was an aircondition. Employees vere nice and helpfull. The bed was comfortable. Good price.

customer service is awful, staff is not polite, women in charge of breakfast are rude, not friendly at all. the only friendly one was a woman in charge of the Night Shift. toilet room was smelly so I had to ask them to clean it again. they clean the rooms every two days.

it has a great location, it is close from the old town and the government palace.

I was woken up by two staff trying to find some key at 5AM outside of my room then they went and screamed some more outside but in front of my window. I mean come on…shouldn’t staff let the guests sleep? Should be some level of respect to their guests. I found it very rude!

Security is present at night, easy check in at the reception. I was a with a dog and stayed for a night. Clean bed, shower and toilet. There was a TV in the room but I didn’t use it.

Could have been cleaner, and the room didnt have towels. Reception gave us one and promised to send more as we were a group of three but there was never any follow up. Honestly, you get what you pay for and here was a very affordable option that met a decent standard regarding cleanliness, breakfast, service, while never going above and beyond.

Very affordable and your in walking distance to a lot of tourist spots, museums, and bus stations. The building is charming, with maze like hallways and a nice terrace to have breakfast. A good place if you mostly need a place to rest in between seeing the city. The room had A/C (although quite dirty, but it did its job).
