The bedroom and breakfast were very good however the bathroom was small and there was no facecloth/washrag in the bathroom. We had to improvised.

Way too expensive at bars. Not sure why prices are so high now even with inflation its over priced. Most guests went out to buy food at local restaurants since so much cheaper. Would be nice if there was more entertainment at night. They also need to have a better system to regulate “visitors”. So many men with dominican hookers. You cant charge high prices while expecting guests to rub elbows with prostitutes.

The service is really good. Super friendly staff. Pool area is beautiful. Hotel is super clean and in a great location.

Great pool area with jacuzzi. Excellent breakfast buffet . Attractive lobby bar with cascading water. Only a twenty minute walk to Colonial town along the waterfront

They must separate the parking from the guess from the people who go as casino customers. Especially on weekends, there is no parking for the hotel Guesses, as it is filled with all the people in the casinos.

All the facilities. The staff was kind and attentive to our needs. The room was excellent. The VIP lounge in the 10th floor was very nice. In particular would like to mention Ms. Arisne and the Bell boys captain (whose name escapes me)

The sheraton is a very nice hotel in a great area of SD. The room was good , however not very new. The staff is very kind. Breakfast is fantastic. Great pool area , fitness area and outdoor bar.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Hotel in Santo Domingo in December 2022 and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. One person who made our stay even more memorable was Lizandro Vargas, a porter at the hotel. Lizandro went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic time during our stay. He provided us with detailed information about the city, including tips on the best places to eat, shop, and explore. His recommendations were spot on, and we really appreciated his expertise and local knowledge. In addition to his helpfulness, Lizandro was incredibly friendly and personable. He greeted us with a smile every time we saw him, and he always took the time to ask how our day was going and if we needed anything. He made us feel like valued guests at the hotel, and we really appreciated his hospitality. Finally, the breakfast at the hotel was fantastic! There was a great selection of food, and everything was fresh and delicious. We looked forward to starting our day with a hearty breakfast, and it always exceeded our expectations. Overall, our stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Santo Domingo was fantastic, and Lizandro Vargas made it even more special. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santo Domingo, and we are already looking forward to our next stay!

Rooms are good but getting a bit outdated. Lounge has good food but maybe some variety?

Location pool, free parking, pool area (private and you don’t have to walk all through the hotel) and Sunny!
