Check in was in Hotel Windsor nearby, which would’ve been good to realise when booking to avoid going back and forth. Very difficult to manoeuvre with luggage, lift only reaches mid floors so still steps to clear.

Good location, quiet, basic but fine. Luggage storage in nearby hotel was helpful.

Bad smell in the room, most probably from the moquette

Perfect position, between city center and train station. Comfortable and quiet room. Very fast check-in

The size of the room and the bathroom was an embarrassment for 120 Euros a night. This really was not value for money. The breakfast was very average too and felt like we were being fed at the zoo.

    The location was good.

We had a lovely stay with great staff, a cosy bed, and spacious rooms. The breakfast was fantastic with a great selection, and we really enjoyed it. The location is perfect, very close to everything. However, when we arrived at the door, there was a sign directing us to one hotel, and then we were told to go to another. While I had received some information about which hotel to go to beforehand, it wasn’t clearly stated on my booking or in the emails. A little more clarity in the instructions would have been helpful to avoid any confusion. Additionally, there was no hand soap, hair conditioner, or iron in the room, which was a bit of an inconvenience. A few extra amenities would have been appreciated. Why has everywhere so far had thin square pillows? Haha

Cozy Stay at City Center: convenient and pleasant place to stay.

However, I did find the room to be on the smaller side, which might not be ideal for everyone. While it was cozy, I was surprised to find that it didn’t come equipped with a coffee maker. For someone who enjoys a morning cup of coffee in the comfort of their room, this was a bit of a letdown. On the bright side, the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast that was quite satisfying, featuring a variety of options to start the day off right. Additionally, there is a coffee machine in the lobby, which was a great alternative for my caffeine fix. It was nice to grab a cup of coffee before heading out to explore the city.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore local attractions, restaurants, and shops—all within walking distance. Just few minutes away from H.C. Andersen museum. This prime location truly enhances the overall stay. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and were incredibly helpful with recommendations for nearby dining options. Their friendly demeanor made me feel right at home.

The price was a bit expensive. And when I checked the shower and top part of furniture it was dusty and looked unkempt. I think they could atleast clean more throughly or decrease the price. It was OK.

I like that it is near the city center.

The only thing I didn't like was that when I arrived, they forgot to remove the trash from the bathroom of my room. It was very unpleasant.

It has a nice location, a small but nice room, a comfortable bed, friendly staff, and a very good breakfast. They also provided me with an invoice after my stay since I forgot to ask for it during my stay.

It’s almost summer and there were no curtains on the main room. So make sure to bring your eye-mask if you don’t want to wake up at 6 AM or earlier.

Simple room and exactly what you would expect from it, amazing value for money especially if you're not planning to stay in your room for more than sleeping and waking. Comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean, the room cleaning was also consistent. Location is very quiet at all times of the day and night and nearby to essentials such as the bus depot and markets.

I had a room on the top floor. The sea gulls and pigeons decided to have a squack fest all night, so it was difficult to sleep. I had to park in a garage about 5 minutes away from the hotel - parking was full in front of the hotel.

The young gentleman in the lobby where I picked up the room key was very kind, helpful, and gave great suggestions regarding what sites to visit. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
