United StatesOur room #207 was rather small in relation to the other rooms that were in the hotel . The bath was very compact and was a camper type bathroom with the shower immediately along the sink and toilet with only a curtain between the shower head and the toilet . Very awkward and uncomfortable but it appeared that other rooms had been upgraded to allow the shower to be separated with a shower door from the remainder of the room . Almost no space to unpack or for storage and spread out a bit for comfort . I don’t believe that we will stay here again . Very disappointing stay .
Really nice location in center of village . Reception staff , Eva was very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was adequate and good with hot and cold choices . Good locked bike storage in a courtyard behind the hotel . Elevator to upper floors . Room immediately above the street but quite quiet at night - most of the time .

DenmarkThe rooms themselves were a bit small, perhaps due to the hotel building were from earlier years. The bathroom was sparkly and clean, but would have liked an individual shower niche. This was perhaps due to the smaller sized hotel room in general, as it was clear other rooms had this option. So perhaps our room was just very small compared to the others.
The breakfast was surprisingly well stocked, the staff very friendly and when asked, they were able to provide vegan butter which really made a huge and positive difference. There were also gluten free bread and options for that too. It was such a lovely buffet, and I was very impressed. The hotel's restaurant was an added bonus. They had some really great options and vegan options too. It was such a relief we didn't need to find other places to go. The parking options connected to the hotel were easy to reach and close by. Even though our rooms were a bit small, it was clear they had renovated the entire hotel recently, and everything was very clean, inviting and fresh. Great beds, and it was clear these were new too. There were efficient sound proofing from the street below too. It was even possible to have the windows letting in fresh air during the night, without them being actually open by a special setting. I really liked the quick check out service: place the key to your room in a jar when you leave!

United KingdomTo me there seemed to be a lack of staff. I arrived on a Sunday when the reception was closed, although the arrangements put in place worked without problem. Any reception desk was not open when i left the hotel.
Central location in a quiet town high street. Breakfast was good, although my tea of choice was not available, and some food items were not available on my second morning.

NetherlandsI booked the hotel because it was one of the few offering breakfast on that day in that region. But upon arrival they told me now breakfast. I booked this expensive option, but did not get breakfast. Tried to call to Booking to find a solution, but busy and no reply. If customer service of Booking worked, it could be solved, but besides no breakfast also bad customer service of booking. I hope booking will contact me to solve it otherwise this is the last time I used booking for hotel reservation.
