    ★☆☆☆☆ The Worst Booking Experience in All My Travels (31 Countries and Counting!) I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. This was, without question, the worst experience I’ve ever had on Booking.com — and I’ve traveled to 31 countries, staying in everything from budget rooms to luxury suites. Nothing compares to how terrible this stay was. • NO RESPONSE: The owner never replied to a single call, message, email — not even through the app. I tried multiple times before, during, and after the stay. Nothing. Zero communication. • FILTHY CONDITIONS: When we arrived, the apartment was completely uncleaned. The bed sheets were visibly dirty, and to make matters worse, there were children’s toys inside the bed. It looked like someone had just walked out 10 minutes before we arrived. • PARKING NIGHTMARE: There were no instructions whatsoever about parking, and due to this lack of communication, I ended up with a parking fine of 1,820 DKK. I reached out immediately, and again, no response. • NO INVOICE: I urgently needed an invoice to process a refund through my company — something that should be standard. I never received one, and again, all attempts to get help were ignored. • AUTOMATED RESPONSES: Every single message I received in the app was clearly automated. Not a single real person ever acknowledged me or tried to help. This wasn’t just a bad experience — it was completely unacceptable. I’ve never felt so abandoned, disrespected, and frustrated as a paying guest. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this place at all costs. Booking.com should seriously reconsider allowing this listing on their platform.

    The shower drain was blocked which basically prevented using the shower for more than 30 seconds

    The company managing the property were really bad. We received the property late and it was dirty. The cleaning people only arrived in the night (while we were in table having a family dinner). We lost contact of the property management team after the second day. They told us they are going to give us the money back but never heard back. Even Booking hasn’t been able to contact them. I would strongly advise to stay away from this property. We lost about $800 with them. Definitely its not worth the headache of staying here.
