The seagulls outside woke up early and made a racket! I didn't like coming home as I wanted to stay in Denmark forever!

Stunning and spacious apartment in central Copenhagen. Lots of beautiful art, rugs, lamps, furniture, books and games that made us feel like we were staying at a cool Aunty's place rather than a hotel. At first we didn't realise we had to order linen separately but the owner dropped this off quickly after we arrived. We loved looking out the windows at Copenhagen life going by. The kitchen has great pots & pans and retro crockery set so it was a lovely space to prepare meals.

1. Be prepared for the fact that you will receive 2 words on how to get into the aprtm, and that’s it! Not single photo or indication of WHERE the cache with the keys is located. We played the quest for 40 minutes and tried to find the keys. Miraculously, we succeeded. A hiding place in the wall of the house from the street side. 2. Arriving at the apartment, we noted that there was no bed linen at all. It’s not that it wasn’t filled, but it simply wasn’t there! There was not a word said about this in the apartment description! Otherwise, we would not have made a reservation, since we arrived on a plane with hand luggage and it was impossible to bring bed linen with us. I travel all the time, but this was the first time I saw something like this. 3. There were four of us (2 couples). After the plane, the men naturally wanted to take a shower. We were left with 1 (one) M size towel for four of us!! Had to run to the store and buy paper towels, since there were no ordinary towels. 4. My advice is to bring toilet paper from the airport!!:) It was as if they were making fun of us - leaving an empty toilet paper stub! I understand that we then calmly bought paper at the store. But when you just come from the road and want to visit the bathroom, then you MUST have at least part of the roll for the first time! Because everyone understands that people don’t go to the store with their suitcases, but go straight to their rented accommodation. 5. We tried to write to the Novasol service company for half a day, called both numbers listed - all SMS and calls were IGNORED. No one called us back! We started trying to contact them right from the start, when we couldn’t find the keys. In principle, we might not even get into the aprtm, and by the way, we started looking for other housing. The service company is a complete disgrace!! I give -10 to Novasol for such a service, and I advise the owner of the apartment to find another administrator, since the aprt itself is beyond praise!

1. VERY good location! Near the metro, a cafes, a large grocery store, just around the corner is the main central pedestrian street, the Tivoli amusement park, the art museum, and everything is within walking distance (2-3 minutes). 2. The apartment itself is very good. Well-thought-out kitchen, large refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 2 guest rooms (each for each bedroom), plus a dining room between bedrooms. Everything is clean, stylish and thought out. I would give it 10 points if it weren't for 4 huge minuses.

Worst customer service ever experienced! Sheets/ towels for extra charge would have had to be picked up and returned 65km away! Couldn't get sheets delivered to the apartment nor cancel the sheets&towels booking before arrival.

There was no linen provided - and we did not discover this till we arrived. Booking.com offers this property however the managing agent of the property is a company called Novasol, managing on behalf of the property owner. Booking.com never advised us that there would not be any linen - it was no where on the listing for the property or in the confirmation email. Novasol said they advised this to us via a link to a portal - which we could not access - and it was buried in a contract - not highlighted or brought to our attention. Very poor and deceptive communication - left a really bad taste in our mouth. We recommend that Booking.com stops offering Novasol properties so others don't suffer the same stress and frustration. Even on the Booking.com page listing the property it says the following: Property information - Electricity: 0.54 EUR/Per kWh - Parking nearby against fee - Electricity and heating excl. - Not for walking-imp. persons - No parking next to the house - Not suitable for youth groups - Cot: 1 - Child's chair: 1 Fantastic vacation apartment right in the center of Copenhagen. Come with your friends or family to this beautiful apartment and experience the fascinating capital of Denmark like the locals. The rooms are stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy the view of the hustle and bustle of Copenhagen with a cup of coffee in the morning and then set out on your own to explore the city and its surroundings. From the center, you can quickly reach all public transportation options and get around with ease. Taste your way through the various restaurants and cafes No mention of the need to bring linen etc - even says "equipped with everything you need"

The size / spaciousness of the property, the furniture, windows / brightness and it was very clean and centrally located.

The description of the apartment is not accurate enough. It is not mentioned that you need to bring towels, bedlines and teetowels in the kitchen. We needed to go to Jysk and spend almost 1500 dkk so we could stay in there. There is a dishwasher but no tablets and there is no washermachine. Description says ´the rooms are stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need´ totally wrong!! The shower is big enough but the water runs very slow. For peoble in bad shape its not mentioned that its on 4th floor and no elevator.

Location was fine and the apartment was spacious.

We were very disappointed that there were no bed covers or towels and when we contacted the hosts we got no reply from them. When we arrive late Fri afternoon we had to rush out to buy bedding and towels which we hadn't expected. An expense and stress we didn't need on arrival of our weekend stay.

This property does not supply bed linen or towels. There was no warning of this before paying and then it was only detailed at the bottom of a document sent beforehand. Since I hadn't noticed this (I certainly didn't think to check if there were sheets and towels before travelling) we arrived at 5pm and then had to spend part of the evening trying to find a shop that sold towels and sheets. Entirely unacceptable - I'm not sure who carries full duvet cover sets and towels on a city break. I would have given a higher rating if it wasn't for this. As others have mentioned the water pressure in the shower is very weak. This isn't really the fault of the property - it's to be expected of such a central location - but it can be very noisy at night time, especially at the weekends, and as the city wakes up early in the morning.

The location was very central with great transport links and sights like Tivoli nearby. It's a beautiful, stylish and really roomy apartment.
