How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

As an early riser, the roof garden was not open early enough in the morning.
Good location. Bus stop close by. Metro & train station not far away. Plenty of chose of eating places within walking distance. Ate breakfast out.

One thing only, our bathroom did not match the excellent standard of our bedroom, it was clean but old and is obviously soon on the list for an upgrade/refurbishment.
We really enjoyed our bedrooms (Bed was very comfortable) and thought our view at the front was great. The layout of the family suite was very good with a shared hallway with the 2nd bedroom which had its own en-suite and suited our 18 son perfectly. Staff were very helpful and considerate (Simona, took her time when we arrived to make sure we were looked after) Location of hotel was excellent and thought the phone link to open the doors was very handy.

Only minor issues: breakfast could be better for this price. Not the worst I ever had, but definitely on the lower end. Check out at 11 a.m. is too early.
I liked the location, fast and stable Wi-Fi, friendly reception staff and good cleaning.

There was no such thing.
Everything was fine at the accommodation, we could take the room immediately. The breakfasts were very good and plentiful. The staff was friendly and friendly. There is also a rooftop bar in the hotel which you can use.

The hotel is in a nice quiet neighborhood outside the tourist area. Easy metro or bus ride to all attractions and easy metro ride to airport. Clean, quiet, and comfortable.

On the downside, it’s not very accessible for people with limited mobility. There are quite a few stairs at the entrance which could be challenging for some guests.
The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Tivoli Gardens and the central train station, which made exploring the city super easy. It’s also close to several parks, which is perfect if you enjoy going for a run or just want a peaceful walk. The hotel itself is clean, cosy, and very comfortable. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace—such a nice spot to unwind. We didn’t get a chance to try the sauna, but it looked beautiful. Breakfast had everything you need to start your day: fresh bread, eggs, fruit, cereal, coffee. Simple, but satisfying. All in all, a great place to stay in Copenhagen. Would definitely come back!

the twin room may be too small for some people
Twin compact room, beds were comfortable, quiet street with no traffic noise, breakfast good and background jazz music during breakfast helped too make it a relaxing start to the day

There was a lot of sound coming from outside our room, from the hallway and other rooms, the walls seem pretty thin.
