It was, due to outside temperatures, also quite warm in the room. With open windows you hear the townbell every half hour during the night.

The location was nice, large room, nicely decorated. Enough choice during breakfast.

Gets extremely hot inside due to the sun facing the property in the late afternoon and evening. Does not help either, that the duvets were also for all seasons. I did not sleep because it got too hot at night, even with the windows left open! A very noisy and loud laughing client to the Hotel together with her drunk boyfriend kept us awake for most of the evening and night!

Very neat and newly renovated property in a very old and yet very quietly place right in the middle of the city!! A charming contrast. The owner personally called with an upgrade of rooms, directions to the parking lot and entrance code to the property!!! That’s great customer service indeed!!!

The ONLY small problem was with the thermostat in the room, not producing any effect despite different settings. After notifying the staff at breakfast, they immediately intervened and fixed it.

Great small B&B, my room was relatively small, but I was travelling alone, it is perfect to sleep and sufficient to relax. Excellent breakfast, very clean room, quiet and close to the center. Owners also manage a restaurant and a pub within walking distance (100-200m), both among the best in the area!!

The bed pillows are lousy! Seems to be made of artificial materiel and not natural feathers. To my wife (being seriously ill) this question is more important than the rest of us would know. For a hotel it is crucial that you can guarantee the guest that they will be sleeping nice - so this is the mail reason we can't give you the grade 'excellent'.

Breakfast and service around it was excellent: Location good though a bit disturbed of public constructionwork in the streets of Haderslev.

Two very tiny things missing in the bathroom/room. More light at the mirror and a long full body mirror especially when one has to go to an important business meeting.

Absolutely nothing

Lovely rooms, with comfy beds beautifully designed interior. We arrived earlier than planned and they were so kind in accommodating us. The lady that runs the place is so friendly and knowledgable about the area. Excellent traditional danish breakfast served too!
